Chapter One-
Outfit
I assume that most of these people here are older than me. Mainly because this was my sister's graduating class. However, that was three years ago. And my sister is dead. I guess her old friends kept in touch with me and wanted to invite me to this party. They had one last year, and the year before. I'm not sure why though.. But they do.
I'm only eighteen. But I know some people here, not many though. Summer has just started. School has finally ended for good. What a relief it is to not be at school all the time now. It was the first Friday in the summer. And I'm looking forward to a great one.
I get bumped into the wall by some snobby girls walking by. I just roll my eyes and keep walking. It wasn't long until I had found the person I was looking for. It was Webb, my sister's best guy friend. He had been in my life ever since I could remember.
''Lynsey!''He yells.
He hugs me tight, squeezing me to death, as I put my arms around his neck. He puts me down and I smile as he smiles at me too.
''I hadn't seen you in months!''He says.''How'd senior year go?''
''It was great.''I say, not lying like I usually would.
''That's good. Now, c'mon I got some friends I'd like you to meet.'' Webb takes my hand and leads me into the kitchen.
Me and Webb aren't what you think. He's like the brother I never had. He makes me happy especially after my sister's accident. He was the one that climbed up to my balcony and would come into my room just to make sure I was okay. He was great. He's been going a little distant now a days. He's older and wants to drink and party. Just like everyone else at 21 years old.
''Hey guys.''He says to a group of boys, his age.''This is my close friend, Lynsey. You all remember Sarah..right?''
They all nod and smile, a few wave,others wink and smirk. They're such pervs.
''This is Garrett, Nick, Wil, Logan, Allen, Trevor, and Niall..''He points to each one of them.
But only one catches my eye. Niall..
He smiles gently, winking a little as Webb turns around facing me.
I can't see past him, I'm super short. So I move over a little, mumbling that I was too close, I don't like tight spaces. I know Webb understands because he moved back beside me.
''Were all gonna play a game later, after every one leaves.. You wanna stay and join us?''he whispers.
I nod lightly and he smiles back.
But my attention is on Niall right now. His eyes are so blue.They're pretty. His teeth are straight and white. His smile is amazing. His entire body is just..wow. He's amazing. He glances over at me, and then he leands to Logan's ear. He mumbles something, probably something dirty, and Logan nods agreeing as he looks my direction.
Webb takes my hand again and leads me out of the kitchen and into the living room where the party is. My chances of observing Niall are over.
