legal guardian

I open my eyes my head hurts so bad. I am in some kind of moving room that is small and has medical stuff hanging everywhere. I try to move but i am strapped into the hard board I'm attached to.

"get me out of this" i growl as i see a lady in a blue outfit.

"Sorry honey I can't until you get to the hospital" she started to do some test on me

She Begun to put some pressure to my head. the pounding begun to hurt my whole head. my vision became blurry. I winced in pain by arching my back

"How back on a scale 1- 10 does your head hurt?"
she asked

" Um 4" I said biting my lip to hold back tears

"It's okay to cry you know, you are hurt its ok" She nodded at me

I closed my eyes again. I could feel them stopping and lifting me up. and moving me. I opened my eyes as they moved me from the board to the bed thingy.The boys were running be hide me as i was getting rolled to a room. The medical people had me attached to like four different wires and tubes.

"The doctor will be here in a little bit honey" A middle aged lady said to me befor leaving me in the room all alone. The boys seconds later rambled through the doors and ran to my bed.

"Are you okay? well of course your not. Im such a screw up im sorry i let you fall i should have went up with you, im sorry, its alll my fau-" niall started to ramble

"Its not your fault, i'm fine" i tried to laugh but it made by head hurt so it struggled out.

"No your not you in the hospital for gods sake" Louis grabbed my hand. he looked so worried and scared. Its just a head bruise or something like that.

The doctor came in. he was wearing a white lab coat and a thesis scope around his neck. He grabbed the clipboard and came by me.

"So darling we had run over the test they had done on you when you were on your way here, you have a concussion and some minor brain damage. You will get some medicine at a pharmacy down the road." He said looking concerned at me

I nodded my head and look towards louis and he was looking at the doctor. he had my hand in his and slowly rubbing his thumb over the top of my hand.

"But one thing that had stuck up on your test so that you are not getting the nutrients you need" the doctor looked down at his paper then up at me. " Have you been eating, Because on the test it shows you haven't ate in the past 5 days and if that is true you are very lucky to be alive."

"Um i guess i haven't been eating but i really never do" i shrugged my shoulders

"Okay i will need to talk to your parents" He stood up.

"Sir i am her legal guardian" louis stood up and followed him out the door

Louis' pov

I followed the doctor.
"So we need you to watch her and get her to eat." He said

"Yeah i know sir, i had just gotten her, her parents both died and she just came here yesterday." i explained

"okay whatever but if you need me heres my number" he handed me a slip of paper

I walked back to Hayley's room. she was getting unhooked and was getting ready to go.
