legal guardian

Louis' POV

"Liam chill it was a joke!" i yell at him from the couch, he was in the bathroom washing out his hair in the sink. I had pulled a prank on him i had mixed his hair gel with super glue.

"No ,its not funny. My hair has glue in it! It is so hard to get out!" He yelled. his head was upside down in the sink.

bang ,crash, shatter. the horrid sounds came from the kitchen, fuck niall really?

"Niall what did you do." i looked over the back of the couch to see niall picking up pieces of a plat that was dropped. Food and small pieces of what once was a plat were covering the wood floor.

I got up and grabbed the broom and dust pan. i started to sweat up everything.

"NO MY FOOD!!!" Niall screeched as i pushed him out of the way so i could put the pieces in the rubbish bin.

"Get over it, you can get more out of the fridge!" i sassed at hi he just glared at me and got out a new plat but this time it was a plastic plate.

"The food won't be as good though" he pouted at i put the broom away and sat back down. Harry and Zayn are playing fifa on the tv at the moment.

My phone started to go off. i brought it out and saw an unknown number on the screen.
i swiped the answer button.

"Hello?"

"Is this Mr. Louis Tomlinson." An american womans accent asked me

"Depends on who is asking."

"Sir please tell us this is the child social services, we have a girl here who lost her mother to death and her mother was related to you some how."

"Okay I'm sorry to hear that who was it?"

"Heather Tomlinson, she married in to your family she is your aunt right?"

"Yes mam."

" It say here in the records that you are her legal guardian, is that true?'" the woman asked

"Yes it is but what happened to Uncle Eric?"

"Sir he had passed away on a fire call about 4 years ago" omg i feel so sorry for my cousin now.

" I dont know what to say"

"there is nothing we can do but you were the only person who can take care of her is that alright with you?" um so now i need to take care of this child?

"Yeah, two questions though, how old is she and what is her name?"

"Hailey tomlinson and she is 17 years old."
