Harry's POV
The meal with Stephanie's family has been great. I enjoy the company with all of them, they really are like my second family. I smile and laugh as I keep quiet, I love listening to Jed and Stephanie especially how they are so similar, they tend to clash a little. I sip my wine, I tried to stay polite as wine isn't my choice of drink, Ryan ordered a bottle. I try to keep a stern face and not pull an odd expression at the sharp bitterly taste.

I scan the room of people, taking in different atmospheres that linger slowly in the air. There's couples on a date, families like us for dinner, friends reuniting, business meetings and maybe people meeting for the first time like they online. That's an interesting thought, meeting someone for the first time face to face yet you know them through the internet.

I smile to myself as I try to pick out the onliners, I know that's not a word but it will do just for my inner thought. I look around once more and I'm met with a pair of eyes from a few tables away. This blonde girl is smiling a little too flirtatiously towards me whilst her partner is eating away, totally oblivious to where her attention is. I frown a little but politely smile back as I don't want to be rude, I even have to control myself from laughing at this random situation, I gently shake my head and look back to our table.

Stephanie's laughing with Jed, she's literally in stitches as she starts to cry with happy tears. I laugh at her as she's so contagious. Even Susan and Ryan are laughing, they must be so proud of their kids. They're both great and such polite well mannered people, I feel like a different person being around them. I focus my eyes on Stephanie, I feel so free in this big city where no one knows us, even she's different. She doesn't seem so tense, that's probably due to the fact Amy isn't in this city or anyone else who can remind her of our past drama. I take my phone from my pocket and quickly excuse myself as I leave the table.

Stephanie's POV
I don't know where Harry has gone, maybe he's calling his Mum to let her know he's here safely, I'm guessing he's told her he's coming to London. Tonight has been amazing, I just love London. The atmosphere is so different too Manchester, I feel like this city is full of multiple characters that I just want to meet. Somewhere like here is brilliant for a fresh start.

"Ah, Sam and Ed are out tonight. You don't mind if I go out with them, do you?" Jed asks as he looks at Mum and Dad.

"No, of course not. You carry on and do what you want Son." Mum smiles to him and Jed smiles. He looks to me.

"Do you and Harry want to come out with us? You'd love it!" Jed asks me and I immediately smile and nod. How can I turn down the opportunity of partying in the capital?

"I'm sure Harry will be fine with it." I smile as I sip my wine. "But what will you two do?" I ask Mum and Dad. Harry walks back over and sits down.

"We can go to a quiet bar, don't worry about us, go and have fun!" Dad says and Harry looks at us confused. Jed quickly jumps in and informs him our plans, he looks to me and I smile.

"Okay.." Harry says and Jed stands up eager to go and meet his friends. "How much do I owe you?" Harry asks as he looks at my parents as he stands up.

"Don't be silly Harry, keep it for your drinks." Dad says and smiles to him.

"See ya later! I'll see you in the morning, make sure you say bye before you leave!" Jed says as he kisses Mum on the cheek and ruffles Dad's hair up as he leads us outside. I look around to see Harry talking to my parents, what's he doing? "So, get ready for a wild night Sis." Jed says and I turn to look at him. I've never gone out drinking with my Brother, so I have no idea what I'm in for.

"I'll go and get Harry.." I say but Jed stops me.

"He knows where we are, don't worry." Jed says and he looks outside trying to spot his friends. I hope Harry isn't trying to convince my Dad to take his money, if my Dad said don't worry then he really means it. He will never take the money from you, it's where I get my stubbornness from.

Harry's POV

"Okay, see you in the morning." I say as I smile at them and I leave to head outside. I instantly spot Stephanie, she's wearing a little black dress with a deep purple tint, it hugs her figure in perfection. Her make up is a little heavier than usual, but she's still looking amazing so I don't mind. At least she isn't orange like some girls turn out.

"Hey, what were you doing?" Stephanie asks as she looks me at a little concerned.

"I was trying to pay your Dad, he's done enough for me. But he didn't take it." I say and she rolls her eyes smiling.

"Here they are!" Jed cheers as two lads walk up towards us. They are both dressed in a smart shirt and dark trousers. They look to me a little like pretty boys, but I'm not going to judge, they could turn out to be alright. "Guys this is my Sister Steph and her boyfriend Harry!" Jed says as he looks to us and smiles. Boyfriend, woah that sound strange.

"Hey Steph, hey Harry. I'm Sam and this Ed," Sam says as he leans forward kisses Stephanie on the cheek and he shakes my hand. Ed does the same, they seem alright so far.

"Let's go!" Jed claps as he walks off. I drape my arm around Stephanie's neck as we walk together. Sam and Ed turn to us and make small conversation which is pretty good of them. I find myself speaking more than Stephanie.

"London is wicked mate. I originally come from Cardiff." Sam says and I start to notice the welsh accent in him, but it's not that strong.

"Yeah, so far we like London but we've not been anywhere really, have we?" Stephanie says as she looks up at me and I shake my head. We stop as Jed points at the night club, there's a long que and Ed stands in line.

"It doesn't take long at all." Sam says as we join Ed and I just want to get inside. I hate waiting in the cold, the loud music pumps out the front doors and I try to focus on the song than the weather.

"This place does the best drinks.." Ed says as he looks at us and smiles proudly. I haven't been out drinking in months. I don't think Stephanie has been for a long time, she was always at college or working.

We wait for a further ten minutes and we are finally let inside. The place is packed and I can already feel the heat and energy bouncing off all the people. We grab a table at the top floor, Sam and Ed have already gone to the bar. I ask Jed what he wants to drink, but he explains they are going to get all the drinks in this round, I nod and sit back next to Stephanie.

We can't even hear ourselves that well, we have to full on get close just to speak. Stephanie laughs as she looks at me frowning as I try to hear what she's saying.

"Hey hey!!" Ed cheers as he carries the tray of drinks over and I look at the amount of shots on there. Oh shit, this night is going to get messy.

"Happy birthday!!" Several girls sing as they approach us with champagne that has these small fountains firing out from the bottle. They're hardly wearing anything, their tops only covers their chest and their toned flat stomachs are on show. And for the their bottom half, well hot pants really are pointless.

I look away from them to be met with Stephanie glaring at me. I try to smile sweetly but she shakes her head. I can see she is trying not to smile as she knows I wasn't checking these girls out, I was just sort of shocked by them. I laugh to myself and I feel a vibration in my pocket, I take my phone and I have a message from Ryan:

Mark is willing to meet you, sounds keen Harry.
If this is what you want then he is the guy for you.
Just make sure this is the right thing and Steph agrees.

I look away as I think to myself, is this what I want? Can I achieve this enough for us to succeed and survive a decent life? Will I be dragging Stephanie along with me, what if she doesn't want to pursue this with me.

I apologise this chapter is short!
I think there's about two more chapters to go and this story will come to an end!
But there will be a sequel if anyone is interested :)
There will be a big decision that Harry and Stephanie will have to make together at the very end of the last chapter, so keep reading to find out :)
