All It Takes Is One Bite

Harry’s p.o.v

I went to bed after Rachel fell asleep with Niall on the settee she looked so comfortable it was cute so I went upstairs to bed because I was tired from today it was around 2 o’clock In the morning and It felt like someone was watching me so I woke up and looked around I saw a shadow of a figure in the corner of my room I thought I was dreaming at first but he was by my side In seconds it was too fast it seemed impossible maybe even inhuman. I tried to struggle but all I did was flop out of his arms but within seconds I was back in his arms he was too strong for me to get away then everything went black.

I woke up in a cell type room the last thing I remember was struggling against some guy.so where the fuck am I.

“You’re awake.” An unfamiliar guy said

“Who the fuck are you.” I said spitting at him

I tried to move further forward more closely to the door but I couldn’t I felt something on my ankle I saw a chain around my ankle.

“It’s none of your business who I am.” He said

“So why are you doing this.” I said

“It’s none of your business but if your friends Rachel and Louis aren’t here in hmm let me think24 hours let’s just say I will kill you.” He said

“WHAT HAS LOUIS AND RACHEL GOT TO DO WITH THIS OR EVEN WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO WITH THIS!” I shouted within seconds I was pinned against the wall his eyes turned blood red

He spat at me “DON’T YOU SHOUT AT ME MAYBE I SHOULD JUST KILL YOU NOW.”

“Fine then I will be quiet.” I said he dropped me on the floor and walked away I sat in the corner with my kneed up to my face I kept saying to myself I hope they get here soon and what is going on I just felt like crying but I don’t want to show weakness. I just wish that they were here or that I was just at home with them sitting on the settee watching films.

Rachel’s p.o.v

Me and Louis thought about telling them but we don’t have time we told the boys that we were going to go out and find him. The boys agreed. We were driving around London but i couldn’t use all my senses properly so we started to walk I could use my mind reading power to find him. The boys were confused but my and Louis were up front he was using smell and sight and I was trying to find him by his mind. The boys constantly asked questions but we were ignoring them we were too into our instincts to find him.

We had been searching for about 4 hours now and I was starting to lose hope Louis and the boys every so often would let out a few tears and so would I but I faintly heard something as they were talking about what to do. I started to walk closer to where the voice was coming from well the mind voice of harry I think. The boys followed me as it led us to an old cabin.as I walked around inspecting it quietly along with Louis the other boys knew to be quiet I got back to the front door and I was about to walk away when I heard harry again and all of a sudden I was grabbed. I screamed but soon my mouth was covered I managed to get out of his grip with Louis help the other boys didn’t know what to do but we ran in and snuck around trying to find harry when we got to the sitting room the vampire held him in a tight grip his neck was stretched as if he was about to bite him I was about to step forward and he shouted “TAKE ONE STEP FORWARD AND I WILL BITE HIM!” the boys didn’t understand but Louis did he kind of had the same look as me and we had no plan but to use of vampire speed to get to him. I told Louis through our minds that I would stop him from biting him and il rip his head off and you get harry out of his grip he agreed.

I said through our minds 3…..2…..1……go! We ran at vampire speed I went for his neck but he managed to dodge me so Louis had to do what I was meant to do. He also got pushed out of the way and with that he bit harry and he dropped him and ran off. Instead of running to harry like Louis did I ran after him but he got away I was a bit weak without having fresh blood since I haven’t drank since the other day. I ran back to harry the boys were shocked they didn’t know what the fuck was going on but I told them that I would tell them when we got home. We were all around harry who was now passed out. We were circling harry I looked down at him and I realised that he was in transition I can’t believe this what is this man trying to do I was stressing out I was so angry and frustrated I turned around I had tears in my eyes I just want this to stop. What happens if he does this to everyone I care for I can’t have this. The boys were looking at me I didn’t care but I now had waterfalls coming out of my eyes I dropped to my knees all my emotions are in over drive I can’t help but wonder who will be next will it be Liam, Zayn or Niall no I don’t want anyone else to be like this I got back up and I punched one of the walls of the old cabin it was that old and weak there was a big hole in the wall and again I fell to the ground.

Louis walked over to me and tried to calm me down but I couldn’t I pushed him away and sat there stuck in my thoughts still crying I guess after years of not really caring or showing my emotions it’s all caught up on me. I have no idea what’s happening I’m never this emotional though is it because i care about these people. Out of my blurry eyes I saw Louis talking to one of the lads I didn’t see who but one of the lads made his way over to me.

Louis p.o.v

I walked over to Rachel to try to calm her down I don’t think she is crying over harry in general since she does like him but only as a brother but I think it’s with the fact of what’s going on.im trying to calm her down but she won’t let me she just keeps pushing me away. I know who to get to calm her down. I walked back over to the confused guys but I talk to Niall i know he is the only one who can get her to calm down.

He walked over to her and gave her his famous Horan hug she accepted it and he sat next to her and he put his arm over her shoulder she put her head on his they sat there for a few minutes and she finally stopped crying. They walked over to us he still had his arm over her and he was holding her very close to him I could tell that all Niall wanted to do was protect her.

Rachel’s voice was very rough from the crying “we need to get harry out of here and home before he wakes up.” I walked over and the boys did but I told them just to wait outside sine we had no car we would have to walk home. I picked him up and looked at where he was bit but it was gone.

“Rachel how long is it going to be till he wakes up.” I said carrying harry out to the door.

“Well his bite is gone so an estimate of about an hour or 2.” She said we were walking towards the boys and the boys jaws dropped when they saw me carrying harry.

“How can you lift him just by yourself Louis? And you’re not going to carry him home are you” Liam said shocked

“We will explain later and yeah how else are we going to get him home.” I said

We walked in silence when we got home I put harry in his room on his bed and Rachel put a blood bag next to him. Harry was now looking even paler his features are starting to get more defined

“Don’t worry Lou he will be awake in about half an hour.” Rach said

“ok I hope he can handle it and do we have to tell them the truth can we not just compel them?.” I said

“Lou that’s a brilliant idea we will make them forget the full of tonight and we will just explain to harry and then we can just tell them later on and he will do fine.” Rachel said.

We gathered the boys downstairs me and Rach we standing in front of the TV

“What the fuck is going on.” Zayn shouted

“Guys calm down” Rachel said.” I looked at her she was going to compel them her pupil went big and her eyes turned red she said

“You will not have any memory of what happened tonight we all went out for a meal we then came back here watched ted and went to bed ok.”

The boys nodded their heads and went up to bed.

“Thank god that’s over with should we go and check on harry now.” I said

“Yeah he should be just waking up now.

Rachel’s p.o.v

We walked to Harry’s room and he sat up from lying down he was panicking me and Lou walked over to him to calm him down and we told him what happened and about us being vampires and he toke it differently to Louis he was more worried but we told him he would be ok and we will help him with everything and that he won’t be alone.

“harry we will go hunting tonight.” I said

“ok.” He said

“this is going to be hard because we will either have to share which will be hard for harry or we will have to find 2 people which will be hard but I guess I can go off drinking blood bags for a while since I can control my blood lust the longest.” I said
