My eyes narrowed down at my homework, wishing that somehow... it could disappear in a pile of ash. I hated doing homework, there was no point in it. No point what so ever! I was still going to fail the quizzes and tests. Homework is not gonna change how my brain works. "Brynn!" My head lifted up to see my sister jogging over to me. "Hey babe, what are you doing?" she asked as she popped a squat next to me.

I made a face "Homework." it came out more as a grumble and my eyes rolled.

"Need some help?" She asked, taking a huge bite out of her apple.

I had to admit, that apple made me hungry, but I pushed away the hunger nibbling at my stomach "Nah, I think I have it down... it's just time consuming, yah know?"

She nodded, chewing on her apple "Yeah, homework is always a pain in the ass. At least your doing it."

I chuckled "You mean trying?"

She laughed with me "Yeah, trying."

"Eh, better to get it done at school then have to do it at home." I shrugged.

"Brynn, its called "home" work for a reason love." She snorted and patted my shoulder.

"Whatever. Just leave me be." She knew I was kidding, and that's the fun part about having a sibling closer to your age. They knew when you were joking and when you were serious. I was rarely ever serious with her... and I hated to be stricked. My personality was to sweet and shy for that. I guess that's why Tiffany took advantage of that.

"If you wish." She went to stand up and my arm snaked out "Called your bluff."

"I need you to be my body guard." I lied as a joke. Well, mainly a joke. She really did play as my body guard whenever Tiffany was at her bitchy place again.

Her eyes shone with humor, than quickly changed as she spotted something behind me "God dammit." She cursed.

I didn't want to look behind me, scared as to what I would find... but curiosity clawed at me and I gave in. My head turned and my eyes caught sight of the she-devil herself stalking over to us. She snickered as her gaze fell on me "I thought they had a no dog policy here."

Sam stood up and faced her. "Can I ask you something?" my eyes didn't dare meet Tiffany's as she continued "Why the fuck do you think its okay to go around throwing your dumb insults at people who did nothing to you?"

Tiffany grinned "Oh, so the dog has a guard. Why don't you let your mutt fight for herself?"

Sam pushed her face into hers "Talk to my sister again... and I'm gonna bash your clown face in with a brick."

Her face changed and she glared at me before snorting and stalking off with her followers "I hate her." I murmured.

She didn't hate Sam as much as she hated me, but Sam still got a hell of a lot of shit from other people "She knows now."

"If you really think that stupid threat is gonna stop her... you have another thing coming. She's going to call your bluff." I let a sigh slip from my lips.

"It may not be a brick." Sam lifted my chin up with her pointer finger "But something hella hard is gonna connect with that ugly little face of hers."

I couldn't help but smile and nod "Thank you Sammy."

"Your welcome Brynn. Now get your homework done so we can go home."

So hi! My name is Madi and I am one of the writers for this story :p This is kinda just a fling so my co-author could see if she liked the idea. She asked me to write the first chapter and this is what I came up with. It may change if she doesn't like it... so rate, comment, subscribe, and keep an eye on it just to make sure it didn't change. Plus those aren't all the characters, I'm still waiting for Sam and some other ones. We don't really get on at the same time so its hard to talk, soooo Love you all!
