Chapter 21
Lucy's P.O.V
I opened the front door. Wow, how quite is in here. I decided to turn on the TV and all the lights in the house. Yes, it terrefies me the thought of being alone in the house.
My lonliness didn't last long though, soon Aunt Sophie and Amy were here.
"LUCY LUCY LUCY! GUESS WHAT?!" Amy shouts at me.
"What?!"
"Louis.Freaking.Kissed.Me." She said.
"OMG!!!!!"
"I KNOW!! He even asked me to be his girlfriend right there in front of everyone!"
"OMG! How sweet! I knew you were meant for each other!"
"Well well girls, you can continue with your fangirling after I give you your Christmas present"
"Wait auntie this is--- wait, presents?" I said excited.
"Yep, so Lucy Can you please go upstairs to the attic? Your presents are there but I'm too tired to go there myself"
"Umm sure. Wait, we have an attic?" I asked.
"Yes, so could you?"
"Yeah..."
I went upstairs searching for the so-called attic. I finally found it. It was a small room with every type of stuff like old paintings, broken glasses, big old books and things like that. I immediatly noticed two boxes that weren'tso old. They were bright red with the names 'Amy' and 'Lucy' written on them.
I took them and was about to go downstairs but I noticed a little old door behind books. I'll return whenn I give this to Sophie.
Aunt Sophie was expecting me to be more happy to see the beautiful bracelet she had bought me, but my mind was in another place. As curious as I am, I wanted to know were that door guide.
I thank Aunt Sophie and quickly ran upstairs again.
As soon as was in the attic, I ran to open the door. It was the waterdeposit, but behind it was a dark kind of hallway. I found an old kind of lamp that thankfully worked. I used it to light up. There was a brick wall. There was no ground, you had to jump from rafter to rafter. And between them there was nothing but plaster. If you step in, you would fall to the room below.
There was a light at the end of the path, which I guessed it was another room. But then I realised it was another house. It was a row of houses. If I am careful, I could walk and jump from rafter to rafter and I could see what's in there.
So I did, I was very careful. God, one day I'm going to end up dead of curiosity.
"I finally reached the light, that happened to be a door I opened a little and I could see a sofa that was hiding the door, I heard voices.
"Man, she gave you all the money? enough to pay to Mark?" A male british voice said.
"Yes, she's kind of swee--" Another voice said, wait Niall? Omg, how could I be so stupid?! I'm on Niall's house!. Of course idiot, he lives next door.
I was about to leave when I realised they were talking of me.
"Well, at least the little bitch was useful for something." The british voice said.
Niall was silent for a minute.
"Yes."
I couldn't hear more. So I'm a bitch. I felt hot tears rolling down my cheeks.
I went back as I could, stumbling many times but finally succeed.
I went straight to the bathroom locked myself and cried, cried and cried. He used me. I knew he don't care. How could I be so stupid.
