Hired For Harry

Chapter 93

Page’s POV
*1 month later*

Time seemed to be on fast forward as the days turned in weeks and then a month.

Soon enough I will be married to the most amazing and strongest guy I know.

I may not tell him every chance I get but I am proud of Harry and how well he has handled everything over the past year.

Any normal right minded guy would have fled months ago but not my Harry.

I swear I fall in love with him more and more every day.

My thoughts continued to drift around me as I sat on one of the large recliners with Tyler in my arms and humming softly to him.

A loud knock echoed around the house, letting us know that someone was at the door.

“I’ll get it!” Harry chirped happily from the kitchen where he was and ran to the front door.

Within a few minutes Harry and Taylor walked into the lounge making me sigh and stand up.

“I’ll go put Tyler down.” I stated as I knew what she wanted to talk about with us.

She had finally realised who took the blame for her.

“Can I hold him first?” Taylor asked quietly and I scoffed.

“Yeah sure, when pigs fly.” I fake smiled and hurriedly walked up stairs and placed him in his crib.

I took a moment to look at the peaceful face he pulled in his sleep and let out a soft chuckle before walking downstairs again.

I entered the lounge and Harry automatically opened his arms like he was asking me to sit on his lap so I did without any objections.

“So we did it right? We figured it out?” Harry asked as he softly played with the tips of my hair.

“It was Jake. He still loves me and well I should have known that I still loved him. I guess with being fixated on you for so long, I couldn't see this coming.”

I couldn't believe what I was hearing.

Jake Gyllenhaal.

Why does everything in her life have to be a fucking fairy-tale even after all the cruel and horrid things she has done?

“Well I'm happy for you.” Harry breathed out from behind me making me tense on his lap.

“I'm not.” I suddenly blurted out without thinking it through. “You get to act like your life is freaking fine and dandy, but you’re a cruel person! For gods sake you locked me in a janitor’s closet! Why do you all of the sudden get to live happily ever after?” I snapped and her eyes widened before growing glossy with her tears that were building up.

“I'm trying to move on and let the past be in the past, why can’t you?” She asked and Harry wrapped his arms around my waist just as I was ready to pounce at her.

“We are moving on.” Harry spoke calmly as he tried to reassure both myself and Taylor.

“In fact we would even like you and Jake to be at our wedding.” Harry then spoke and I lost it.

“Hell no!”

“Just think about it baby.” He whispered in my ear. “We do this, then we will never hear from her again.”

I hesitated as I glared at Taylor who was shifting uncomfortably under my stare.

“Fine.” I whined and Harry mumbled a ‘good girl’ in my ear.

“You could even invite Taylor to your bachelorette party?”

“Don’t push your luck Styles.”

Sorry it's short!
