Harry.
How many days had we been stuck in this stupid hellhole? A week? More than a week? I had no idea. I lost track of time somewhere.
I turned around on my bed and swatted a mosquito that had landed on my arm. I sighed, staring at Scarlett's back. Her brown hair was still wavy and shiny and I felt the urge to run my fingers through it. But ofcourse, I didn't. I thought back at our kiss and wondered if it had been just the moment or she actually felt attracted to me. Whatever it had been, since then we never really talked and I knew what my next plan was: getting closer to her. I wanted us to become friends. And more than friends.
I mentally shook my head. I was being ridiculous. We barely knew eachother. Well, in a way, I knew her better than she knew me. But that could change.
Later.
With that thought, I closed my eyes and fell back to sleep.

Scarlett.
Since when was falling asleep so hard? Damn, why couldn't it be as simple as closing your eyes? I yawned silently and blinked away a tear that had formed. I felt something on my leg and sat up straight to look at it. Thank god. Just a little beetle. I softly brushed it off my leg and lay down again. Letting out a small sigh, I stared at the ceiling of plants, trying not to think about all the creepy-crawlies that probably hid between the leaves.
Don't get me wrong, I loved animals. That's why I became a nature photographer ( duh-uh ). But insects... ugh. They gave me the chills. Unless they were more than two feet away from me, then I was fine.
I turned on my side and stared right in Harry's face. His beautiful face, I might add. It was the first time I could study his face so intently without getting caught, so I took my time and explored every inch of it. His full, pink lips, which were soft, I could know. I secretely wished to kiss him again. I shrugged off the thought and continued. I admired his tanned skin and suddenly noticed the smoothness of it. Did he carry a razor with him? He had to. Otherwise he would've grown a beard by now. I almost chuckled at the idea of a beard on him. For some reason, it just wouldn't suit him. His eyelashes started fluttering a little and I quickly closed my eyes.
After a few seconds, I slowly opened one eye. He didn't wake up.
I let out the breath I hadn't even noticed I was holding in and stared at him for another minute. His face was very... manly. He had a strong jaw, but not too much, and his chin testified of strong will, as my grandmother would say. She always said that you could read somebody's personality on their face.
I sighed and just when I wanted to turn around, my eyes met two green ones. My heart missed a beat and I forgot everything around me. Mesmerizing. That was the right word.
'Good evening.' He softly spoke.
I smiled.
'Can't sleep?'
I shook my head.
'Let's go outside.'
I nodded.
Geez, I was acting like a robot. Or a fool. Or both. A robotic fool. Was that possible?
I was ripped from my thoughts when Harry got up and pulled me up as well.
He walked towards the river and smirked at me when I came closer. 'Have you ever been skinny dipping in the middle of the night?'
I rolled my eyes. 'I take a bath in the river almost every day. I don't see why it would be very different at night.'
'It's different... because I will go with you.' Harry slowly said, before grabbing my hand and pulling me with him.
'Wait a minute, Styles. I never said 'yes'.' I said, trying to free myself from his grip.
Harry slowed down and smirked at me. 'I believe you just said 'yes'.'
I groaned. 'Fuck you. You know that wasn't a real 'yes'.'
'Don't be boring. Come on.' Harry said, pulling down his underwear.
'What are you doing?!' I exclaimed, turning away from him.
I heard splashing noises and turned around. 'What does it look like I'm doing? Come on, Scarlett. The water is lovely.'
I sighed. 'Okay then. But don't look.'
'I've seen you naked already. Don't be ridiculous.'
I glared at him and took off my bra and panties, before quickly walking into the water.

Harry.
I clenched my fists. She was hot. Too hot. I wanted her. I fucking needed her.
When she swam closer, I snaked my arm around her waist and pulled her against my body. She stared up at me and I saw a hint of fear in her beautiful eyes. I caressed her cheek with my other hand and saw her relax. 'I'm not going to hurt you.' I whispered in her ear.
Her eyes grew wider. 'W-what?' She stuttered.
Fuck. Shouldn't have said that.
'You? It was you?' She was shocked.
I didn't answer her. I didn't say 'no'.
She stared at me before shaking her head. 'I... I don't understand.'
'You seemed a little stressed.' I said sheepishly, immediately regretting the dumb answer that came out of my mouth.
She closed her eyes. 'Have you got any idea how frightened I was? I seriously thought I was going to be raped. Oh, god... This is so fucking awkward.' She whispered, more to herself than to me I supposed.
'I... I'm sorry.' I said, taking a step back.
She shook her head and walked out of the water, quickly putting on her bra and panties and almost running back to the shelter.
I wanted to tell her to be careful, but I didn't.
It would just be stupid.
But a few seconds later, I heard a soft cry and I knew it would've been better if I had warned her. I ran out of the water and put on my boxers before carefully making my way to Scarlett.
She slowly got up and I saw blood on her left leg. 'Jesus, are you alright?' I asked.
'Stupid question.' Scarlett muttered, trying to get away from me and wincing in pain when her left foot touched the ground.
'Wait, Scarlett. Your foot can be broken.' I said, walking towards her.
'Please. Just... I don't need help.' Her blue eyes spoke of anger. And sadness.
It hurt me to see her like that.
'I don't care. You're in pain and I'm going to help you. If you like it or not.'
And with that, I took one more step, bent down a little and lifted her in my arms, carrying her to the shelter bridal-style.
'I really hate you now.' Scarlett sighed. But even I could hear that she was lying. Or maybe that was what I was telling myself when I heard those words coming out of her mouth.
I put her down on the ground next to the dying fire and grabbed a little stick, handing it to her.
'Put it in your mouth. I'm going to feel if your foot is broken.' I said, sitting down and carefully placing her leg on my lap.
'You ready?' I asked. I looked at her and she nodded, putting te stick in her mouth.
I placed my hand around her ankle and I examined it as carefully as possible. A soft cry escaped from her lips.
I sighed in relief. It was only sprained. 'You're lucky. It isn't broken. But you have to be careful. Give your foot enough rest.'
Scarlett nodded and spat out the stick.
I helped her back on her feet and carried her to the shelter, carefully putting her down on her bed. There, I ripped a shirt apart and wrapped it around her leg to bandage the wound.
I whispered another 'I'm sorry' before lying down myself, my back facing her.
After closing my eyes, I suddenly felt her hand on my arm.
'Harry.' She whispered.
I turned around to face her. 'Yes?'
'Thank you.'

Damn... It's past midnight here. It defenitely wasn't easy to write this chapter...
I hope there weren't any spelling errors or grammatical mistakes; normally I use a grammar & spelling check, but that takes a lot of time and I'm very tired now, so I just post the chapter without.
