We were woken up at 8 o'clock sharp. We had to get up and were given 10 minuite to get ready and have breakfast. Lu spent five of those minuites sleeping while core spent the full 10 minuites getting dressed. Kat and I spent about half on each not caring to much for how we look. "Ladies the car's ready, Let's go!" Stacey hollared as she came in and rushed us out. While in the car I actually took in what we looked like. (http://www.polyvore.com/cgi/set?id=81102050). Lu was in the back seat sleeping..again, Core was eating since she didn't have breakfast in the hotel room, Kat and I were sitting in the middle seats. Kat was listening to music zoned out. I decided to scroll through my twitter feed and notifications.
I smiled seeing that people were wishing us luck on our nominations and famous people, like Katy Perry tweeted about being excited to see us perform.I retweeted Katy Perry and followed as many people as I could before we got to the venue.
When we got there everyone was in a hurry finalizing the preparations for tonight. We were rushed into the venue and to the stage area. Backstage, we were given our microphones and a run through of how sound check was to go. We had half an hour with the stage before the next act came on. As we were walking on stage I saw Taylor Swift leaving. Now, I had nothing against her but Core and Kat were a whole other story. Lu actually liked her music. I nudged Lu, who was walking beside me and nodded in the direction Taylor Swift was leaving in. Her eyes instantly widened and she whipped her head to where Kat and Core were walking.
Kat and Core were messing around at the snack table while Angelo recorded it all. They were oblivious to the fact that Taylor Swift was in the same room as them. Once Taylor Swift was no longer in the same room Lu and I immediately released a breath we didn't notice we were holding. "Why so tense girls?" Kat said coming up to us with Core right behind her. "Nothing" Lu and I said at the same time. Great, that isn't suspicious at all. Kat raised her eyebrow while Core gave us a look saying, that's BS. Lu and I looked at each other and started walking to center stage to begin soundcheck.

Lu's pov:
"Alright ladies, That was perfect! We're done here." Stacey said walking onto the stage. She clapped her hands together as we walked to her direction. "Okay so, It's just about 9 but we still have a long day ahead of us. "You have a sining at 12 so you have just enough time to take a quick shower and change so we can get there, after that it's time for you to get ready for the award show." Stacey said quickly. We nodded our heads and made our way out.
We got to the hotel and were rushed in through the back by security. We got ready for the signing and left. Though it was December, It wasn't too cold in LA. It was actually pretty hot soo we all wore pretty fresh clothes. (http://www.polyvore.com/untitled_234/set?id=80898531) It felt amazing to be back in LA. Even though we aren't technically from LA, we were still pretty close to Hollywood Hills. It had been crazy busy, so we haven't had a chance to visit our families, but some of them were attending the award show, and we wwere having the day off tomorrow so all four families were going to get together for one of our old pot lucks at Kat's house. I was amazing how well our families got together. We were one big, messed up family.

Core's pov:
The signing was amazing. I loved being able to spend time with the fans. Hearing them sing our single to us while they waited in line was amazing.
After the signing we were escorted out into the car and taken to the hotel. Since we still had plenty of time, We all decided to sign autographs and take pictures outside the hotel. We were outside for about 15 minuites and were being taken in when I saw a little girl practically being trampled by some of the older fans. I went back for the little girl and one of the security guards tried to stop me. "Miss you have to go. Ms. Stacey ordered only 15 minuites and It's dangerous for you alone." He insisted on not letting me pass. "They are my fans! they will not hurt me! Now move or I will be forced to Get you fired. You are not only my security. You are my fans security as well." I said to him calming my voice toward the end. He nodded his head and accompanied me to were the littlwe girl was.
The fans respected my space as I bent down to the little girls height. "Hey sweetie, Where's your mom?" I asked her, giving her a sweet smile. She was crying and shakily pointed her finger toward the back of the crowd. "Do you want a picture?" She instantly smiled and nodded her head. I brought my phone out and took a picture of us. "Do you want one with the rest of the girls as well?" Her eyes gleamed as she vigorously nodded ger head. I picked her up and carried her to where the girls were watching the scene smiling proudly. I returned a sheepish smile. The security took the picture for us. I had him go get the mom. When she got to us, She thanked me repeatedly saying how grateful she was. I sent the pictures to her mom telling her to keep in touch. When we got inside I tweeted the picture of the little girl and I as well as the one with rest of the girls. Then we began to get ready for tonight.
