Let Her Go
Breakfast was awkward beyond belief, and it would have been even more awkward if Bo had been in the room for more than three minutes.Although those three minutes felt like forever, as Bo fixed some cereal, trying to be as quick as possible, Harry placed his sppon back in his ceramic bowl, his eyes just following Bo.
''So how was your date?'' He finally built up enough confidence, only for Bo to turn to him with a look of disgust filling her eyes and to release a slight scoff from her mouth before she hurried into her room, kicking the door shut.
He had ran out of ideas, not sleeping a wink the night before trying to think of ways to make it up to her, until he realised it would take a miracle for Bo to speak to him, and he just gave up, hoping that she would at least speak to him.
Sighing heavily he threw his bowl into the sink, just wanting to crawl up into a ball there and then on the kitchen floor, when the sudden movement of Bo's door opening startled him, causing him to stand up straight.
''You know what really bugs me about you?'' Bo was infuriated, pacing up and down. ''I stood up for you.''
''What?'' Harry asked, bewildered.
''Yep. I spent most of my date last night standing up for the one and only Harry Styles. You see my date, wasn't a big fan of you, not seeming to want to take a break from insulting you and everyone that surrounds you I stood up for you, telling him he didn't know anything about you, that you were one of the sweetest guys I've ever known despite your issues.''
''B-''
''No, Tom was right about you. You're just a waste of space, after all I've done for you, you think of me like-like I can't even say it.''
''I was fucking angry Bo!'' He held the bridge of his nose before speaking again. Well that got Bo's attention. ''You broke my heart. I confessed my love for you, and you shot me down, not even acknowledging it, to be honest, at that moment you did seem a bit of a bitch. But only cause you broke my bloody heart Bo, please understand that.''
''And you broke my heart when I found out you had tricked me into bed...H.'' She spat the last letter out, so much so she could almost taste the venom dripping from her lips.
''Don't. Call. Me. That.'' He spat back before removing the venom from his tone. ''I didn't trick you into bed Bo, you could've easily said no, you could have walked back to your room, and slept alone,''
''I was vulnerable Harry.''
''You still had your brain didn't you?''
''You lied to me about being stood up.''
And it went on like this for quite some time, Bo and Harry shooting excuses at each other, it soon becoming very calm, their voices not giving away any clues that they were in a middle of a rift before Harry stopped with the excuses, and started with the questions.
''Are you going to see him again.''
''Harry even if I wanted to, there's no way he would go out with me again, not after that date.'' She fiddled with her fingers as she sat on the edge of the sofa.
Harry nodded, understanding the situation a little better.
''What exactly did he say about me?''
''Well telling you all the things he said about you may take some time but in a nutshell that you were an egotistical alcoholic womaniser who's career is non-existent.''
Ouch.
''Oh.''
''Yep.''
''And erm...what did you say to that?''
''I said that he shouldn't judge a book by it's cover because that's what I did and I was proved wrong. And then-then.'' Bo lowered her head slightly, obviously growing upset, so Harry brought his hand to lay on top of Bo's, hoping it was ok, and it must've been. She didn't move it away.
''He said I didn't know anything, that I was being gullible '' Harry's hand tightened over Bo's at hearing her words. ''And well, that's when all hell broke loose, in the middle of the most popular restaurant in London.'' She chuckled.
''Thank you Bo. For defending me, after everything I've done to you.''
''Well, that's when I realised that I've hurt you too, defending you was my way of an apology. So uh, sorry?'' It came out as more of a question.
Harry sat there frozen for a few seconds before replying. ''I'm sorry too.'' He wrapped his arms around her in a hug and whispered into her air. ''For everything Bo, I really am sorry.''
''I know.'' She breathed into his neck before pulling away.
There was an awkward silence before it was Bo's turn to ask the questions.
''Who was she?''
''Huh? Who?''
''The girl last night.''
''Oh.'' He had almost forgotten about her.
..That, that was Francesca.''
''Go on..'' She urged, knowing there was more to the story.
''She was the one that made me like this Bo.'' Her hand pulled away from Harry's grip, only to come and rest over his. ''I was so in love with her, I was everything a good boyfriend should be, I took her out to fancy places, places most people can only dream of going, I only had eyes for her. We'd managed to keep the whole relationship a secret, everywhere we went was 100% private. But what I didn't know, was that the fame was what she wanted from me, and keeping our relationship a secret was not working for her. So she went on to find somebody else. Failing to mention to me that she didn't want to do this, us, anymore.''
''How did you find out?'' Bo knew she was now treading on egg shells.
''By walking into my bedroom.''
''Wait, she was with her other man, in your bed.'' Bo asked, shocked beyond belief.
''Yep. I had managed to sneak out of the studio early to see her, like I said I was in love, walked into the house with a bouquet full of roses, and ready to tell her I didn't want to keep it a secret anymore, clutching two tickets to a film premiere for later that night. And well...yeah that's it.''
''Well I'm glad I was as rude as hell to her last night.'' Bo tried to lighten the mood, but failed. ''Hey.'' She tapped his knee lightly. ''Don't let her get you down, she's really not worth it, how about we go to costa, just us?''
His face lit up, so happy to have Bo back, even if it was just as a friend, for now.
''I'd love that.''

Bo's outfit
''See this is nice.'' Bo chirped as they neared costa, a few lingering paps following them.
''Mhm.'' Harry smiled contently as Bo linked their arms together, but his happiness would be short lived.
''Bo.'' He breathed worriedly.
''What's wrong?'' She turned to face him as he gestured to further along the path.
Francesca.She was walking happily along the pavement, eyes looking slightly down which meant she was yet to see Bo and Harry.
Harry had turned into a weak little boy again, not having a clue what to do, he knew this day was going too well.
''Just follow my lead, ok?'' Bo said confidently, now interlocking their hands.
I'm sorry what, I can't hear you over the sound of my heart beating out of my chest, Harry thought.

I just realised how strong my British accent is. It literally sounds like I'm in Downton Abbey...Anyway hope you enjoy this update and the twist to the story.
