I've Missed You
Bethany's POV
“Honey.” I didn't want to wake up since I had jad lag so I turned around and kept my eyes closed.“Beth,Josh is here.” I groaned and nodded hugging my pillow. My dad closed the door and I sat up holding my blankets on my lap. I forced my eyes open and thought about what my dad said. That motivated me to get up,I ran around my bed into the bathroom fixing my hair and looking at myself in the mirror.
I paced down the hall going outside and running up to my brother jumping on him like a monkey.“Josh!” I squealed like a little girl kissing his cheek and he held me in his arms laughing dropping his Duffel bag beside his feet.“I missed you so so much!” he kissed my cheek putting me down.“um,Beth you might wanna close that up.” he mumbled to me so No one will hear him.“Oh, Sorry I just woke up.”
I wrapped my cardigan around me tight because I didn't want anyone to see my bra or pantorder underneath. He closed the door to the cab and payed the driver walking behind me back into the house with all his things.“how's my man?” my dad hugged Josh and smiled at him patting his shoulder that was big and muscular.“I'm alright,how about you dad?” I raised my eyebrows behind my cup of coffee.“good Hey let me take your thing your rooms right upstairs.” he took Josh's bags and went down the hall upstairs while I poured him a cup of coffee.
“Want some?” he nodded taking a seat in front of me behind the counter.“so,how's Claire?” he choked on his coffee and started to cough.“fine.” he said in between coughs. I leaned forward on my elbows with my coffee in my hands staring at him.“you should call her.” he shook his head.“I can't.” I frowned tilting my cup of coffee to the side.“why not?” he put his cup down gulping.“time difference.”
I watched him get up and walk down the hall running his hand through his hair and I shrugged drinking my coffee alone in the kitchen.~“Beth.” I looked up from my phone at Josh walking towards me.“Yeah?” I kept texting Peyton and moving my legs back and forth in the pool sitting on the edge.“me and dad made dinner.” I smiled and put my phone away into my back pocket.
“Really?” he nodded crossing his arms over his chest.“are you trying to impress Claire with your cooking skills when she comes to visit?” he rolled his eyes going back into the house and I laughed at him getting out the pool drying my legs off with my towel.~“are you ready for tomorrow Beth?” I shook my head smiling and he laughed nodding.“me either.”
“Schools sucks when your new Josh.” I said looking into his eyes face to face.“well,go to sleep cause I'm tired.” I nodded closing my eyes and he kissed my forehead before getting off my bed leaving my room.“goodnight Josh.” I said with my eyes closed.“love you Khola.” I smiled.
Josh's POV
Knocking on Bethany's door wasn't the best idea ever. I woke up early for school so I could wake Bethany up and so we won't be late for our first day. Opening the door slowly whispering her name her back was facing me.“Beth.” she groaned touching the top of her head.“you gotta get up.”
Bethany's POV
Picking out an American Eagle T with white high waisted shorts and Grey Tom's weren't my best choice but I have to study what the teens Where down here before I go all out like I do back in California. Straightening my hair and putting some waterproof mascara I walk out the bathroom grabbing my backpack from Rue 21. Closing the door in my room I went down the hall taking a piece of toast with Nutella and walked out the door with Josh for the bus stop.“good Luck!” my dad yelled at us from the kitchen with fruit in his mouth.
