2. The Rekindling Flame
Camerons POV.
I saw none other than...... Zayn Malik standing infront of me with a bouqet of my favorite flowers, lilacs.
Zayns POV.
Iwas just messing around at the studio as usual wih the guys when i got a text from Macey. "zayn, me and Cam are flying out to London on Sunday. Care to meet us at the airport? Our gate is xxx and flight number xx. - M x" I thought coming to see Cam and Mace was a great idea. Especially since I have had a crush on Cameron since I met her at the beach last summer. I quicky responded with "great I'll see you guys soon then. Care to meet the guys after I pick you guys up?" I want Cam and Mace to finally meet the guys so they finally realize what I mean when I'm talking about her all the time. I looked down at my phone an saw Macey replied with "if theres beer I'm there:) -M x I laughed to myself that Mace still enjoyed her usual Budweiser. I then looked down at the clock seeing it was already time for my studio break to be over so i headed back into the recording room.
The Next Day....
I slowly woke from my slumber with a giant yawn. I lloked at the clock realizing it was already 12:00! I had to meet Cam and Mace at 12:20! So i rushed out of bed and put on a plain white tee with black skinnys and black supras. I grabbed the lilacs i got for Cam of my dining room table and rushed out the door. I hopped in my car and drove off.
Camerons POV
As soon as I saw Zayn standing infront of me, my hands instantly went to try and tame my wild curls of hair from sleeping. Once i tried to look presentable Zayn rushed over to me and engulfed me with a huge bear hug. I was able to squeeze out " Zayn...can't....breathe.." Slowly he put me down and i nodded thanks. Zayn soon said " Cam I missed you so much! " " I missed you as well" i told him. Before we could answer we both turned to see Macey saying " I'm here too but you to can continue what ever.... this is. I soon shot her a glare. She knew I liked Zayn a little but I knew he didn't like me the same way. My eyes followed the flowers in Zayns hands, he saw what I was looking at and said " oh, these are for you." I swear I saw him blush but I must be imaging it. " You remembered! " I told him. He gave me a small nod. I quickly gave him a kiss on the cheek, " your such a sweetheart." Zayn soon blushed this time I KNEW it was for real. Soon people were noticing our little reunion and paparazzi was swarming in. Zayn grabbed my hand and i saw Macey right behind us. So we all started running for Zayn's car. Swiftly me and Macey dodged screaming girls, Zayn, let's just say we should get him to work out with us more. As we finally reached his car he was panting. Me and Mace waited for him to cathc his breath as h choked out I....need..to work out.. Me and Mace soon laughed until our sides hurt. As we wiped our tears away Zayn said " Hey I hoped you wouldn't mind but I want you to meet the guys." I almost fainted, It was bad enugh I knew 1/5 of One dDirection as a friend now he wants me to face all of them at one time? How will I be able to handle this? All I know is, this will be one long summer.
