Destiny's POV
I thanked Harry for dropping me off at my house. As soon as I got into the house June ran up to me with a worried look on her face.
"Where were you? I was so worried that something happened to you!" she said in one breath.
"I'm so sorry June! I was leaving work when a some weird guy came up to me" I said to her. She listened to me very closely as I was telling her how Harry's gang had saved me.
"Are you ok? Did he hurt you or anything?" she asked.
"Yeah I'm fine" I said as her worried expression had faded away. "Anyway, do you want to come with me to work?" I asked her as I walked into the kitchen to get a glass of water.
"Of course I would never give away the chance to flirt with cute guys!" She said with a devilish smile and we burst end out laughing
"Ok then go get ready and meet me down here in half an hour" I told her and she nodded. With that said I went to my room to go get ready. I put on a black dress did my make up and hair and went left my room to meet up with June.
"Wow and I thought I look good!" June shouted in excitement.
"Thanks I wanted to wear something that looks nice and looks acceptable to wear at a club. Now lets go quick or I'm going to get late for work(if you recall from the first chapter Destiny works at Nancy's coffee shop in the morning and at a bar/club). We got into the car and drove off as fast as we could. We made it on time and walked into the club. Once I got into the club I walked straight to the bar. I started stacking up the shelves with wines, beers, e.t.c.
" Can I have eight vodka shots?" asked a familiar raspy voice.
"Coming right up" I said turning around to give the drinks.
"Hey Harry" I said to him with a pleasing smile.
"Hi Destiny! What are you doing here?" he asked me.
" I work here" I replied handing him the drinks.
"You should come hang out with us the whole gang is also here" he said taking the drinks out of my hands.
"I wish I could but my shift doesn't end for another three hours. I'll come hang out after my shift is over" I said to him with a sad face. I would rather hang out with his gang than have to work for another three hours.
"Ok then" he replied with a smile. "We'll be waiting for you over there" he's said pointing to a table where the gang was sitting. They noticed me and Harry were talking to each other. They all have waved to me and I waved back with a happy smile. I nodded back to Harry and went back to work.
"So who's that guy you were talking to?" June asked me as she pointed to Harry.
"That's Harry. He's the one who saved me from that guy yesterday.
"But Destiny they look so punked up and everything you sure he's the one who saved you?" she replied with a confused look on her face.
Before I could reply Niall came up to June and I.
"Hey Destiny could we get eight more vodka shots?"he asked as he smiled at both of us.
"Sure, while I get you the drinks I would like you to meet June she my best friend" I said with hope trying to get them to start a conversation. I went to go get Niall drinks and when I came back, I saw Niall and June were both laughing and talking to each other. Niall thanked me and June and him went to the table were the gang was sitting. I was really happy that June was getting along with the gang because they were laughing and talking a lot. I wish I was there talking and laughing along with the gang. I let the thought slip out of my head and went back to work.
Harry's POV
I noticed that Destiny was lost in her thoughts for a while because she was frozen for a while but then she got rid of the thoughts and went back to work. She is a beautiful girl but I can't fall in love with her. I can't let her innocence go away just because she hangs with people who are in a gang. I lost track of my thoughts when a heard a girl scream. It wasn't just any girl, it was Destiny. She was being pushed into a corner of the bar by a guy. I got up to get a closer look of the guy can't body immediately started boiling up as I noticed who the guy was. It was Jake.
