One Direction's Red Light District

You woke up excited today and the weather seemed to be on your side. The sun glimmered in the sky and there wasn't a cloud in sight. It was April 28 and today marked your year anniversary with Niall. Before you got out of bed you stretched and then grabbed your phone to send him a text, only to see that he'd beaten you to it.

Good morning lady love of mine :) I can't believe its been a year! I had to get up at the ass crack of dawn t'day but I was able to see the sun rise and it oddly reminded me of your hair and how it makes specs of gold shine through it when the light hits it even though its a dark blonde. I love you and can't wait to see you later. A car will pick you up at nine when our show is over. I've got some things planned ;P

A blush rose on your cheeks and then ran down the remainder of your body. Niall is a sweetheart and the text made you fall for him a little bit more.

After you'd gotten up and got dressed strange things started to happen through out the day every hour on the hour. At five o'clock, a bouquet of blue-green dyed orchids were delivered to your house; they were almost a turquois color and with them was a simple note attached to them: Because they match your eyes~xx

At six o'clock, your favorite kind of chocolates was left on your doorstep, but it wasn't just a box oh no, there were twelve. At the very top of the stack was another note, plain and straight to the point, but sweet none the less: Sweets for the Sweetest! I've known you for a year and I've fallen undeniably in love with you. Here's a box of your favorites, one for every month~xx

A smile lingered on your lips as you began to notice the pattern. This had to be part of the things that Niall had planned out for you, but you had an equally large surprise for him. In your room sat a fender stratosonic electric guitar. It took you a while to save up for it, but you knew that Niall had been waiting to add one to his collection.

Butterflies awakened and fluttered wildly in your stomach when the clock struck seven and the doorbell rang. You giddily answered the door to find a tiny rectangular box. Your heart feels as if it would beat out of your chest as you bend down to pick it up, and when you open it, its exactly what you thought it would be. Inside the tiny rectangular box was the necklace you'd been eyeing for a while now. It's simple white gold with a small oval pendant dangling from the chain was elegant and hugely expensive. Attached to the necklace itself was another note. These would all have to go in the scrapbook that you made of yours and Niall's memento's from the dates that you'd had along with pictures of what he was sending you. This time the note said: Read the inscription and maybe wear me tonight?~ xx

You picked up the necklace before placing it around your neck. Surely enough on the back of the beautiful jewelry, a small note was engraved for you to have forever.

Your eyes began to water and though you wanted to call Niall to thank him for the amazing gifts that he was sending, you knew that he wouldn't answer. The boys were in the middle of a performance after all and a text message 'thank you' was way too impersonal for the love that you were being shown in these beautiful acts of kindness.

Though the gifts were nice, thats not why you were happy. It was because of the amount of thought taken and put into each one. You couldn't have asked for anyone better to be with and as your thoughts overwhelmed you the tears of joy finally began to fall.

At eight o'clock the doorbell rang once more. You suspected that this would be the last gift seeing as how a car would be there to take you to your love within the next hour. This time instead of a gift, a card lay on the doorstep. You picked it up and brought it in the house setting it on the kitchen counter top along with all of the notes that you'd received from Niall before you took a picture of all of it. One for your phone and one for the scrapbook using your cannon professional camera.

Just as you were ready to pick up the note and read what you were sure was to be a love letter inside, you received a text from Niall. It was only eight o'clock and his show wouldn't be over until nine. He has to be texting while on stage. This made a smile grace your delicate fetures once again because as he stands on a stage to preform for thousands of screaming female fans, you're still the only girl on his mind.

I'm sending a car to get you now. I can't wait to see you and I want you to be here as soon as I get off stage. Do ya think you can be ready in thirty minutes? Lou said that she would come pick you up! :)

You put the card down before you rushed into the shower and quickly got changed. You had just enough time to curl your hair so that it fell in dark golden waves before you heard a horn beep outside. Lou was there and you were excited to tell her how sweet Niall had been though you hadn't seen him all day.

Before you left you carefully placed the pendant necklace around your neck and grabbed Niall's present, sure to not knock it against a wall or scuff his new expensive toy. Lou unlocked the backseat of the car for you to safely store the fender before you hopped into the front seat.

"How are you Madison? You alright pet? You and Niall's anniversary today I hear."

"Yes," you spoke excitedly, "he's a sweetheart and I feel so lucky to have him." Lou grinned at you a knowing grin that sparked your curiosity. She knows something and you were wondering what your final surprise would be for the night.

"Hey, Lou? Has Niall told you anything about any shipments made to my hotel room today? He's been sending me things all day and if I said I wasn't anxious to know what the last surprise was, I would be lying."

Lou's face frowned momentarily before she answered your question

"I don't want to ruin your surprise. I know about what he's doing for you tonight but he didn't tell me anything about sending you prezies."

A confused look covered your features before you quickly recovered and a quick, "Oh" was all you could bring yourself to say.

As you arrived at back entrance of the stadium, you walked in as soon as the boys had finished. All of them telling you happy anniversary and winking at you with sneaky looks on their faces as they passed by. Niall was the second to last of the boys to leave the stage and as soon as he did, he picked you up in a big bear hug before his soft pillow like lips made a connections with your own.

You're blood circulated faster as your heart pumped furiously. It was almost scary as to how much you loved him and the effect that he had on you.

"Happy anniversary my darling! Are you ready for my surprise?" Niall spoke excitedly as you nodded your head anxious to see what he had to say.

"I was goin to wait until we got there, but I want to tell you now. I rented out your favorite restaurant for the night and had it decorated. I'll finally be able to have you all to meself for a few hours. Your room is being decorated right now as we speak. It's gonna be covered in roses" Niall got close to your ear in order to whisper the next part, a delicate secret for only you and him to know, "When we get back I'm gonna give you a massage. The rose petals will be in the jacuzzi as well. I plan on showin you how grateful I am that you're mine." Niall kissed you right below your earlobe causing a shiver to go down your spine. You were excited for his surprise, but if he wasn't the one leaving you gifts all day who was?

You shook the thought, not wanting to ruin the mood before you gave him his gift. He went into a joyful fit, telling you about how truly special you were to him before giving you another earth shattering kiss.

As the two of you celebrated with each other. Louis sat and watched for a while, before standing and walking away in defeat with his head down, not wanting to show the tears that began to fill his eyes.

In the card that you couldn't read was a note from him:

A year ago today, Niall introduced me to you and I know its wrong, I know he's one of my best mates, but I couldn't help but fall in love with you. You've become one of my best and closest friends and though I feel that this would change that, I had to try to see if you could possibly have feelings for me as well. I bought you the pendant that you told me you've wanted for a while now. If you wear it tonight, I'll know we have a chance. If not, I will back down, but know that I will always love you from a distance~xx Louis

So yours is kind of romantic/sad :( I love that your name is Madison! I really wanted to write something called Madison's Avenue when I saw your name but that would have been better fit for a dirty Harry one shot lol Hope you enjoyed and hope that I got what you asked for?
