Over Again

I sit in the basement, in the dark. I'm leaning against the wall, on the floor, just sulking. It's been days, and I've tried almost everything. She just won't come back and hear what I have to say. She's ignored me on everything.

I realize soon I'll have to go back to London, then eventually America, but I can't leave again on a bad note. But it just seems like it's happening all over again. And this time, I do have time to make things right, but...she won't let me.

"Gracie? What may I ask do I owe the call?" I hear his Irish accent over the phone.

"Niall, I'm desperate. Zayn and I got into a fight a few days ago, and I just need information." I plead to the Niall over the phone.

"Well, what do you want to know?" I tell him that Zayn wouldn't tell me about his girlfriend, and I didn't want to just look it up online because...you know, there's some inaccurate things out there.

"Well, Gracie, it seems that you really do need info. First off, his girlfriend is Perrie Edwards. They met a few years ago, probably in 2010/11. She is in a band, and I don know if you know who they are, called Little Mix. Four girls, including Perrie. Zayn seems to really love 'er, though the boys can see the relationship going downhill one way or another." He took a breath, then waited for my response.

"Is she pretty?" I asked, barely getting the words out at all.

"More or less," he said.

"Nice?"

"Well..."

"Do she get on with you boys?"

" I'm gonna be honest with you, Gracie. We don't really like her."

"Thanks Ni," I said and hung up the phone.
