Over Again

Punching Bag

"Thanks for the ride," I muttered and closed the car door. I heard Zayn yell a bye from the drivers seat, but I kept walking and ignored him. I needed a good punching bag.

"Why was--"

"Shut up Caleb," I growled a I closed the front door. He put his hand up in surrender as I pushed past him and walked to the basement door. Getting the key from my pocket, I opened the door and closed it behind me.

I wrapped the tape around my knuckles, then placed it on the shelf behind me. I stepped onto the red mat, getting into a starting position.

It felt like minutes before I heard Caleb knocking on the basement door. "It's past midnight, Gracie! Come on!"

I was a mess. I was sweaty, and my clothes were drenched. Unwrapping the stuff from my hands, I threw it into a trash can and ran up the steps, thrusting the door open.

"Thanks, Caleb," I said, ruffling his hair as he mumbled a response. I went to my room, stripping of the dirty clothes and putting on fresh Pjs. I fell onto my bed, sound asleep.

You're welcome :)

@SadieMalik
I definitely will at some point! Thanks for reading.

I love it! I usually don't try to tell people about my story, but I have a Zayn story that ended, The Creep Around The Block. And another, Surviving, which is onto the sequel, Something Stronger Than Love. If you'd check them out, I'd be grateful.

that was perfect!!
