Dear Daughter,

If your reading this, it means that I’m not with you and I died giving childbirth as I was told I would. Just know, I knew that there was a risk of this, and I don’t hate you for any pain I had giving birth to you, I love you very much and even though I don’t know you, I already love everything about you. I’m only 3 months pregnant and I can already feel you moving around, which is a lot. I can already tell you like Mexican food too, because I crave that a lot and it gives you the hiccups almost every time. I always wonder what you’ll look like, if you’ll have curly brown hair like your father’s- or straight blonde hair like my own. One thing’s for sure and that is, that you are going to be tall, and hopefully more coordinated than your father. You’ll probably be just as musical as him and I hope you have the grace of a dancer like me. There’s no wonder about whether you’ll be a daddy’s or mommy’s girl. You always move around extra when Harry talks to you, and nothing makes me happier than knowing you guys will bond well even if I’m not around. Of course, your father isn’t happy with the risk of child birth, and right from the start he wanted me to have an abortion, but that doesn’t mean he doesn’t love you. I can promise he will spoil you, and protect you, and never let anything bad happen to you. Of course, your father is very stubborn, so give him time and be persistent. If you are anything like him, you’ll both be headstrong, and short tempered and undoubtedly clash heads constantly. But please, give your old man a break, he’s doing it all as a single, widowed parent and it’s hard. Although he’s not alone, Louis and Eleanor will be your god parents, and that precious baby girl of there’s will be your best friend. you can count on El for everything- I know I did. And Louis will always be there when your father isn’t. I wish for nothing more than you to always be happy. You don’t have to feel like any of this was your fault. You didn’t do anything to me. I was sick and too weak to make it through childbirth & I will never blame you.
Whatever you look like, I know you’re gorgeous, and being Harry Styles’ daughter, you’re going to get caught up in the spot light. Never let it change you, sweetie. I remember being told I was ugly, fat, and much much worse, and I was dumb enough to believe it but that doesn’t mean you have to be. Also, if you’ve been reading my diaries, you already know how big of jerks boys can be. Don’t be stupid when it comes to them, I know you’re going to make mistakes, and I only wish that I could be there to fix them.

I love you very much dear, and whenever something’s wrong, I hope one of these letters will help you.

There were thousands and thousands of letters, each saying "open when.." and my hardest decision was trying to figure out how long I was going to wait to open her letters. I observe her delicate handwritting until a whistle from my phone indicates a text message.

"Look outside your front door"
I knew that it couldn't be any of the girls, because this number was completely foreign to my memory. I go down the stairs, passing Harry and Louis- who are way to invested in the football game- and open the front door.

"Kyler, what are you doing here?" I say.

"I wanted to ask you to go to a party with me tomorrow night after the game? Only the cool Freshmen get invited, so you better say yes." he says throwing me a wink. "I also wanted to give you these," He says while handing me a handful of reese's.

"These are my favorite!" I say, showing way too much excitement, "And I'd love to go tomorrow!"
