Hope POV

Day three.

I was up real early to rehearse for tonight. Cody was up first, he seemed a bit off. I could tell something was bothering him, but I didn't know what. He seemed distracted.


"What's wrong?" I asked Cody as he came off stage.

He ignored me completely.

"Cody!" I yelled, as I started walking towards him.

"Hope!" Jusin yelled. "You're up." He handed me a microphone.


Why did Cody ignore me? What did I do. I was so out of there I try to do my best. My time was up and Justin was next. I was dancing backup do I had to stay and rehears the dances. Practice seemed to go so slow, but we were finally done.

I went in my search to find Cody, but he was no where. Not in his bus, nor backstage. No one had seemed to see him. I searched and searched until I found him. He was at his meet and greet, a bit tooo early.


"Cody." I called, not trying to make a big seen. The fans seen me and started yelling and asking for a picture. "Cody, I called out again.

"I'm busy." He reply, not even turning to see me.

"Ladies and gentleman, please excuse me. I need to talk to Cody real quick." I smiled as I stood on top of the chair and announced to the crowd. He wants to play games, I'll play games.
I grabbed him by his hand and took him to the hallway. "What's wrong?"

"When were you going to tell me!" Cody yelled, which made me flinched.

"What the fuck are you talking about?!" I usually never curse unless I was mad or irritated.

"When were you going tell me that you're going to see douchbag Harry!" He yelled.

"What are you talking about. I was never going to go see Harry!" I said quiet confused.

"You and Chachi are going to the One Direction concert in Dallas! Do you think I'm fucken stupid." He kept yelling.

"Apperantly because I wasn't even sure if I wanted to go, I was going to ask you what you felt about it and if you didn't like it I was not going to go. Because you're opinion matter the most! But you know what! I probably should go, since you think I'll do that behind you're back" I yelled.

"But-" Cody started talking.

"You know what Cody!" I paused. "Save it." I said as I ran away.

I was just ready to get this day over with. It went from bad to worst.


I was backstage, waiting to go on and preform. Cody was about down so I made my way to the other side of the stage to avoid him as he came off. Cody finish his last song, and I was waiting for him to get off stage.

"I have one more song to sing." Cody announced. "This song wasn't meant to be heard until later on this year but the girl I wrote this song for is mad at me, and I honestly don't blame her. I was being a big jerk to her, and I want to tell her I'm sorry." He stopped as he turn to look at me. "This song was written to the girl I love the most, and I hope see forgives me, this is Summertime of Our Lives."

He started to get emotional.

He sang as he turn to look at me, and started to walk towards me.

He pulled me out towards the center stage, keeping his eyes locked on mines

He pushed his guitar to the back and grabbed my hand
