Liam: We are set to perform in a week!
Liam put his phone up and the boys cheered. It has been a week since the dance and my time in London was coming to a close. Liam had been on the phone with their manager. All of their concerts for the upcoming tour had sold out in record time and so they were adding a couple of concerts before the tour originally started. They would both be here in London, but at different venues. This meant that the tour now started in a week so the boys would be super busy preparing, but it also meant that I would get to go to a couple of their concerts before I had to return to Oklahoma. Other news this week included the boys getting nominated for a BRIT. They were all super excited. The awards ceremony was being held the night before I leave. Also, Liam and I became official over the course of the past week. Everyone was super happy for us and kept saying that they knew it was going to happen at some point. I was just excited to be loved by someone as amazing as Liam and to be called his. Niall: I can't believe we have two more concerts to do now, and they start in a week!
Louis: I know! Hey! When we sing I Want, can we...
The boys were all worked up talking about the possibilities. Touring was their favorite part of their job, besides the fans. I just sat back and watched them get all excited. Melissa poked me and giggled at them.
Melissa: They are so cute when they get all excited.
Me: I know, right?
After a while she went up and wrapped her arms around Zayn from behind. He instantly shut up and smiled. He turned around and kissed her. They were adorable. The rest of the guys oohed and aahed. Zayn shut them up and wrapped his arm around Mel. Niall checked his watch.
Niall: Boys, we've got to get to the studio fairly soon.
Zayn looked at Melissa with a pouty face.
Melissa: Go on! We need to go dress shopping for the BRITs anyway.
She linked her arm with mine. Zayn reluctantly walked to the door with the rest of the guys. Liam came over and kissed me goodbye.
Liam: Have fun shopping. We will meet up tonight.
I smiled and nodded.
Me: We will. Good luck with tour stuff.
He laughed and said thanks. Louis shouted from the door.
Louis: Come on Romeo! The bus is leaving!
Liam joined them and they left. I turned to Mel.
Me: So where are we off to?
Melissa: I have a friend that has a cute little boutique with fancy dresses. I figured we could start there.
Me: Great!
She grabbed her keys and we hopped in her car. The boutique wasn't far from the apartment complex and soon we walking in a rather expensive looking shop. Melissa instantly went to the checkout and hugged the cashier.
Girl: MEL!!
Melissa: CAT!!
They squealed a bit and talked really fast for a short time, catching up. I stood there quietly waiting to be introduced and feeling a bit awkward.
Melissa: Cat, this is my friend Shay. Shay this is Catherine. We have been best friends since high school. She has been on vacation in Australia and just got back to work.
Catherine: You can call me Cat.
Me: Nice to meet you.
We shook hands. She seemed really nice.
Cat: So how do you two know each other?
Melissa: She knows Zayn's band. Actually, as of last week she is dating one of them.
I smiled.
Me: Yeah.
Cat: Cool! Congrats! So what can I do for you lovely ladies?
Melissa: We need dresses for the BRIT award ceremony coming up.
It was weird going dress shopping without Rose and Brooke. I missed them dearly, but I really enjoyed Melissa too. They weren't able to come to London except for the concerts and the BRITs awards ceremony.
Cat: I can't believe it! Two of my dresses are going to be on the red carpet? A dream come true! What are you looking for?
Melissa turned to me.
Me: I want a bright color and I'm thinking I want a shorter dress, but I'm open to anything.
Cat nodded and turned to Melissa.
Cat: What about you Mel?
Melissa: I want a floor-length in a darker color. Maybe partially backless and both have to have a little bling on them.
We laughed.
Cat: You know how I make dresses!
We rummaged through a lot of dresses. Some we shot down instantly, some we were willing to try, and there were a few that we really liked. After several attempts, we each found a dress that suited what we wanted and fit beautifully. We picked out some shoes to go with our new dresses and they looked stunning. Melissa paid for both dresses and shoes. The guys had given us some money for our outfits when they invited us to the awards ceremony. We left the store with bags and checked the time. The guys would be wrapping up their rehearsals shortly so we drove back to the apartments and dropped off our purchases. Just as we sat our things down my phone started playing Cascade "Everytime We Touch" (cheesy I know). Melissa snickered at my ringtone.
Melissa: Is that Liam?
Me: No...
I answered it.
Me: Hey babe. Are you guys done?
She laughed quite loudly and I had to go into my bedroom to keep Liam from hearing her.
Liam: We just finished and we are headed that way. Are you ready for a fun night?
Me: Yes! What are we doing?
Liam: Something awesome! You will find out soon.
Me: Fine. Hurry home to me!
He chuckled.
Liam: I'm coming as fast as I can.

LIAM'S POV

Me: I'm coming as fast as I can.
The boys busted up laughing. I was surprised she hadn't heard them and asked me about it. I kept trying hard to concentrate on her and the conversation but the guys were being super distracting. They were listening to both ends and commenting after everything we said. If we said anything remotely romantic they started making kissy faces and such.
Shay: Ok I can't wait to see you!
Me: Same! See you in a few!
Shay: Bye
We hung up and I turned to the guys with my face intense.
Liam: Good night! Can't you leave me alone for one phone call?
Louis and Niall reenacted part of the conversation very dramatically. Louis was me and Niall was Shay.
Niall: Hurry home to me sugar!
Louis: I'm coming as fast as I possibly can honey buns!
Then they acted like they were making out. Everyone was cracking up except for me. Even Harry was enjoying their little performance. I think he is finally over her, which is good. I rolled my eyes as we pulled into the apartment complex. I hopped out and hurried for the stairs.
Zayn: Quickly Liam! As fast as you can!
I kept going at the same pace and yelled back without turning around.
Me: Oh shut up!
I knocked on the door and heard her beautiful voice say come in. I opened the door to find Melissa and Shay sitting on the couch, watching TV.

SHAY'S POV

I hopped up the second I saw Liam in the doorway. I nearly tackled him going to greet him.
Me: LIAMMM!!!
He laughed and squeezed me tightly.
Liam: It's good to see you too.
Being in his embrace felt so good. I felt warm and secure. My arms were still around his waist, but I looked up at him.
Me: So what are we going to do now?
Liam: For starters...
He pressed his lips to mine for a lengthy amount of time before pulling back and smiling at me.
Me: That's a good start.
The others came in and made fun of us still with our arms around each other.
Me: Would you rather we do this?
We started making out and they all left. I pulled away and Liam and I were both laughing. We joined the rest and decided that a movie was in order for the night. We were going to go to a new cinema to see some new romantic comedy. The boys could be such girls sometimes, but it was absolutely fine with me! We sat down and I was between Niall and Liam. I leaned slightly on Liam and he held my hand throughout the whole film. It was great and extremely funny! Niall kept laughing so loud that I thought the people behind us were going to kick him. When it was over, we all walked back out to the van. Zayn had his arm around Melissa's waist and Liam and I walked hand in hand. I was really sleepy and didn't pay much attention to the conversation. I rested my head on Liam's shoulder and soon we were back home. He walked me up to the door and kissed me goodnight. I watched him leave until he was out of sight. Then I shut the door and collapsed onto my bed.
