Stole My Heart

Once the boys finished with their signing, all of us made our way into the venue. Louis grabs me by the wrist and pulls me into his dressing room that had his name plastered on a piece of paper on the door. I laugh a bit and smile as he pulls me inside and shuts the door a bit loudly. He leads me over to the couch and pulls me down so I was right beside him.

“Don’t you have sound check, Lou?” I ask as I wrap my arms around his neck and stare up at him. He doesn’t respond right away, only grabbing my legs and pulling on them, dragging me so they were draped over his lap.

“Can’t I have a few minutes with my fiancée before then?” he asks with a smirk and pulls me closer to him, his arms resting on my hips.

“But you get time with me all the time; we’re always together babe,” I tell him with a slight chuckle as I look at him. He just smirks a bit and leans forward toward my lips, his minty breath hitting my parted lips.

After kissing me lightly, he pulls away for a second to look at me. “Problem?” he asks with a smirk on his face as he stared at me. I shake my head and laugh a bit, rolling my eyes at him before I feel him kiss me again, pulling me closer to him, his warm hands moving slightly up under my shirt.

“Louis – oh my god, sorry mate!” we hear along with the sound of the door opening. Louis and I part from the kiss and our eyes immediately go to the door. Liam stood there eyes wide and he rubs the back of his neck awkwardly standing there.

“Hey Li! What’s up?” Louis looks over at his band mate, a small smile on his face and running a hand through his messy brown hair.

“Does sound check mean anything to you? We have a show tonight, obviously, Louie,” Liam spoke in a serious tone, crossing his arms over his chest as he looked at my fiancé and his best mate/band mate. I smile a bit and sit up so I could straighten out my shirt.

“Yeah, mate, I know. If we didn’t, why would we even be here?” Louis replies a bit annoyed that he had interrupted his time with me. He always got like this especially when the boys had a show, like tonight, obviously. I had to cover my mouth with my hand to muffle the sound of my laughter. Louis shoots me a glare and I couldn’t help but laugh again.

“So, you coming or what, Lou?” the tall tan boy asked looking at each of us.

“Yeah, yeah, Liam, I’m comin’,” Louis responds in an annoyed manner as he gets up and heads for the door, my hand resting in his. Louis and I follow behind Liam as we went to go meet up with the rest of the boys.

“Love you, Jess, I’ll see ya out there tonight?” he asks looking at me with a smile and presses a kiss to my forehead.

“’Course, babe, and I’ll be with the girls watching your sound check,” I reply and peck his lips. “Love you too, now go,” I push lightly on his chest for him to go with the guys.

“Going, love you, babe,” Louis calls back as he begins to walk toward the stage area behind the other lads.

“You too!” I call out as I go to find the girls. As I walk into the big room where they get prepped for the show, I spotted Alison and Danielle talking with Lou, the boys’ stylist. They all look over at the doorway and each give me a ‘hello’ along with a smile.

“My three favorite girls, where’s my other favorite girl?” I ask, a small smile on my face, wondering where Lux was. I was a bit surprised to see that she wasn’t with Lou, because she always has her with her.

“Baby girl’s asleep,” she replies softly and motions over to the couch holding up her forefinger to her lips not wanting to disturb her sleep. My lips make an ‘o’ shape and I nod my head.

“I was going to go watch the boys’ sound check, want to come along?” I ask looking at my Alison, Lou and Danielle with a hopeful smile on my face.

“Sure thing!” the two girls reply, a smile on their faces.

“I’d love to, if Lux wasn’t asleep, might stay with her, have no idea where Tom is,” she replies with a small smile and takes a seat on the couch beside Lux who was sound asleep, her chest slowly rising and falling as she slept. She looked incredibly cute as she slept, not moving an inch when Lou sat down.

“See you in a bit, Lou,” I tell her and pull her into a hug. The girls and I made sure we had our passes around our necks so we could easily get back here before we make our way out, softly shutting the door behind us. We follow the signs that led to the arena so we could watch the boys play their set before the show in a few hours.
