Struck By Lightning

Elysia's POV

I flop down on my bed and think about what Louis just told me.I couldn't be Zeus daughter. The king of the sky's. This was all so unreal.

I couldn't wrap my head around the fact that I was one of the big three's kids. Just thinking of the powers I could posses.

Louis showed me my room and left. I needed time to myself. He seemed nice. But very sarcastic and mysterious. Well i had seen Hades son and now the only person i had to meet is Niall. Funny now that i think about it.

Out of the Big Three's kids I was the only girl but i was the most important. Ironic.

I just sit on my bed and look around my room. It had a bunch of scrolls and things that my father left for me. Some kids at some point got to meet there parents but I had a really small chance of ever meeting my dad.

I didn't even really know what i was doing here. Louis mentioned something about learning about my powers and learning to fight. I was brought out of my thoughts when a crash came from behind the curtain that separated my room from the rest of the cabin.

I get up and grab a sword from the table holding it in front of me as i push the curtain aside. A bunch of pots and pans were scattered all over the place and in the middle of the floor sat a boy with dark brown hair and tanned skin. He was very handsome.

I just stare at him. What was he doing in my cabin anyway. He smiles at me and rubs his head.

"Well don't just stare at me!" He tells me. I snap out of my trace and put down the sword and help him to his feet. He brushes off his pants and starts to clean up the pot and pans.

"Sorry about that, I was being chased by some girls and i ran in here looking for a hiding place.I wasn't expecting anyone to be in here." He tells me.

" Thats ok." I finally find my voice. He looks up at me and his eyes are the most beautiful shade of brown. He was perfect in every way.

I start to help him clean up the pans.

" What are you doing in here any way?" He asks me.

"This is my room." I tell him. His eyes widen.

" Really, that must mean your one of the big threes kids. I'm Zayn." I nod and smile. I try to change the subject from who my father was.

"So are you going to tell me or what ? " I sigh and put the art pot away and sit down.

"Do you really want to know?"

"Yes"

"I'm Elysia , daughter of …."

"Zeus!" He yells before i can finish.

"How did you?" I start to say again before he runs over to the window and looks out pointing. I follow his gaze to a lone thunder cloud descending from the sky.What was that?

"What is that?!" I ask him.He looks at me like i should know.

"Zeus, he comes down ever once in a while to look over the camp.Make sure everything is in order. It only happens every 1000 years they say." He tells me.

"Then how do you know all this."I ask him."People talk about it all the time.They last time he visited the camp was the times of our great grandparents!I wonder what is so important?!" Zayn was talking about my father.

He didn't know it but the daughter of the god in that cloud is stand right next to him. Cant wait to see his face when he finds out. I just stare up at the cloud with Zayn.I wonder what could be so important that he would come down. As a think about it dawns on me that its because me.He coming down to check on his daughter.Why would he all of a sudden care about me. I didn't even know my father was alive till yesterday.

Zayn moves away front he window and grabs my hand. It startles me and i shiver. He doesn't notice and pulls me towards the door.As he pulls me out of the cabin i ask him where we are going.

"To the court yard, thats where everyone will gather to welcome him." He tells me. I just try to keep up as he pulls me along. We walk through the forest.The same way I came with Louis.

I had become fond of the boy. I hadn't know him long but he welcomed me and he was the first person i had met. I forget all about Louis when we enter the court yard. A huge black thunder cloud was in the middle with people filing in forming a circle around it.

I was at the very back so i could see much but it was breath taking. Zayn lets go of my hand but doesn't move away. As the last of the people come in i spot Louis hovering about everyone in the air.

He spots me and smiles. I smile back. Zayn sees this and looks confused. Everyone is laughing and talking. I just stand there out of place.

I wonder when everyone knew who i was they would treat me differently? Would they accept me or not. Louis treated me the same when he found out but that was him.

The man with the horse as his bottom half walk up to the cloud and silences everyone. It was so quiet you could hear a pin drop. The cloud slowly disappeared and stand on the ground in front of everyone was tall buff man with a beard and a lightning bolt in his right hand.

Every one gasps. That was my dad, standing right there. One of the most powerful men in the world.

"Hello, Everyone you are probably wonder why i have come today.I have come for many reasons, to check on the camp and make sure everything is fine down here but the most important is to welcome the new member of Half-Blood Camp." For a moment there were quiet murmurs and whispering about who it could be. Zayn looks at me starting to understand. Louis looks in my direction with a frown.

"This new member Is very important to me and i hope you will welcome her with open arms. I have never met her , and that is why i have also come here today."

There were more murmurs. Louis just keep looking right at me. I didn't know what his problem was. Zayn kept looking for me to my father and back figuring it out for himself.

" Her name is Elysia, and she is my only daughter." This time there were so many murmurs it wasn't quiet anymore. Zayn flips his head around to look at me and shock is written all over his face.

I smile shrugging my shoulders.Louis for some reason still looked worried and sad.

"Elysia , please step forward?" He asks me. I tried to move but my legs wouldn't move. I just stood there in shock. I was scared! To meet him , for every one to know who i was.

"Elysia?!" He asks again. Zayn grabs my hand and pulls me toward the centre. He pushes me out and stands back . I just stand there in shock. Zeus sees me starts to walk over with a smile on his face.

I smile weakly back. He points to me and shouts.

"This is my daughter!!" Louis winces and shacks his head with a frown. Zayn and everyone else clamp.

"It is wonderful to finally meet you!" He hugs me. Every one gasps. He was hugging me?!I couldn't even get a word out before i was shoved behind Zeus and to the ground.

Louis was beside me in seconds and everyone had there weapons out.

"Well isn't this a sight to see. The great god Zeus coming down from the safety of the great city just to meet his daughter."

The was a boy all dressed in black standing in front of my father. It was the boy that Louis and i had run in to earlier.

But this time i could see his face. His bright green eyes looking directly at me. And his long curly brown hair blowing in the wind.

The son of hades.
