Tru's P.O.V

“Who are you calling a slut?” Freya yells at Jillian, attempting to get in her face. Jillian takes a step back giving Freya a hard shove, resulting in Freya landing on her ass. Moving past Harry I stand between my two friends trying to diffuse the situation. I watch as they silently stare at each other. They've caught the attention of some of our group, while the others are trying to grill.

Freya side steps me and attempts to slap Jillian. Catching her wrist in my hand I push her back, before turning to Jillian.

“I’m pretty sure I know what’s going on, but this is completely mental. Jillian, go walk it off, Freya you head in the other direction and chill out.”

“She needs to stop acting like a fucking child that didn't their way.” Freya yells as Jillian walks off.

What the hell is wrong with these two? Niall joins the small crowd as Freya continues to try and go after Jillian. She gets angry at my prevention of her chasing Jillian, deciding she’s brave or stupid; Freya attempts to provoke me.

“Hey! I know you’re not that dumb!” I yell as she gives me a slight push.

“That bitch had no right to get in my face!” She yells. Niall pulls her back as Harry shakes his head at his mate.

“Well I’m in your fucking face now, and I suggest you go cool off! I don’t know the details of what happened with you three, but you better fix it!” Niall gives me a fake innocent look like I just wrongfully accused him of some horrible crime.

“Don’t even try it!” I say to my cousin. Walking away I dig through my beach bag grabbing my black cover up; I tie it around my hips, before jogging in Jillian’s direction…

Harry's P.O.V

I watch smiling as Tru, Jillian, Tyler, and Louis play a small game of volleyball.
“I’m really in the shit, mate.” Niall exclaims as he plops down onto the sand.

“What did you do this time?” I ask watching Tru spike the ball over the net.

“I got drunk and shagged Freya, the night I went to talk to Jillian about my feelings for her.” My mouth drops open slightly at his confession. Since I've known Niall; there are very few people he talked about more than Tru or Jillian. How I never saw or met Tru before now, is completely lost on me. But I knew who Jillian was from the moment I met Niall. He even came to NYC as Jillian’s date to her senior prom.

“I agree, you’re utterly screwed, mate.” I say as the volleyball hits Niall right the face. Biting back my laughter I see is Tru doubled over in laughter, while she points at Niall, Jillian shoots daggers at him, and Tyler and Louis are laughing uncontrollably as well.


“Whatcha do that for?” Niall whines, as Tru jogs over.
Tru shoots me an amazing smile, before turning to her cousin. “I didn't do it, but you did deserve it!” She scoffs.

Grabbing my hand she pulls me to my feet and towards the surf.
“C’mon Louis and Jillian want to play chicken.” Tru smiled before walking towards the water and taking off her cover up. My mouth parted slightly as I watched her move into the water, her hips swaying with each step she takes. When she’s about waist deep she turns to me and motions to me with her hand.
“Sorry mate, you’re on your own.” I say to Niall, before stripping down to my trunks.

“You guys cheated!” Lou yells as Jillian resurfaces from the water, sputtering at the saltwater. Tru slides down off my shoulders smiling in victory, as Lou pouts at us. Damn man-child.

Grabbing Tru by her thighs I her lift up so she can wrap her legs around me; pulling her deeper into the water and away from everyone else.

Once away from the nosy onlookers I move my hands from her sides, and down to her amazing bum.

“Having fun shortcake?” I ask as she pulls the curls at the base of my neck, causing me to hum in appreciation. Tru tightens her legs around my waist, hiding her head in the crook of my neck.
Turning us around so my back is facing the shore and Tru’s body is hidden from anyone on the sand. I pull the strings loose from her bikini top; freeing her breast for my greedy and lustful eyes.

“I never thought I’d run into you here!” I hear someone squeal. I quickly help Tru tie her bikini top, before finding the source of the annoying voice. I instantly regret facing the source of the squeal. Tru sees her as well and tries to squirm out of my hold.

“I’m not letting you go, baby” I tell her, adjusting my hold on her thighs. Tru groans into my neck, as my secretary ‘Tamsin’ continues her annoying speech.

“I didn't know you enjoyed going to the beach. Harry you should’ve just told me. I would’ve taken you ages ago.” She says in her very nasally voice. Tru manages to get out of my hold, turning around she faces Tamsin and lets out an annoyed huff.

“Oh, I didn’t realize it was you Harry was with you Sue. You do know that you’re not permitted to fraternize with people under you supervision, right? Don’t worry I won’t tell Niall.” She finally finishes her ‘speech’. During which she not only called Tru by the wrong name, but she also insulted her with her implications. Tru manages to slip out of my hold and is now facing Tamsin. I’m beginning to feel for Tamsin, she’s about to feel Tru’s wrath even though she brought it on herself.

“It’s Tru first off, second I’m not some office bunny trying to sleep my way up the corporate ladder I don’t work at the firm, and lastly I’m pretty sure Niall knows he is my cousin, and Harry’s best mate. You should really think before you speak maybe you’ll save some brain cells next time, and not spout off the stupidity that enters your mind.” Tru’s tone sounded sweet as candy, but the threat behind her words couldn’t be missed. Tru gives me a quick kiss before continuing.

“I’m going to see if Perrie and the other girls need help.” Tru shakes her head before diving under the water, only to resurface about 30 feet away from me. I watch intently as she walks out of the surf swaying her hips more than usual.

“That was rude, is she always such a bitch?” Tamsin questions once Tru is out of hearing range.
“Harry, I don’t mean to cross a line, but you could do sooooo much better than her.” She purrs.
“You mean you?” I ask disgusted by her words. She nods before inching closer to me.

“Trust me; you are far from better than Tru. She could do so much better than me, and I’m fucking lucky she chose me. If you value your job, you’ll keep any comments or thoughts like that to yourself. The next time you call my girlfriend out of her name, I’ll fire you on the spot.” I say frankly before swimming away from her…

Ok I updated before 5 more comments, but I need to start working on the next update. Sorry this one is short, but the next update is later that night, and I didn't feel it flowed well in one update.
So for any of you that have read @XOXOH 'It takes Patience' series than you know that 'Tamsin' is an extremely hated (for lack of a stronger word lol) character. Anyways I borrowed the character's name just so I can have Tru kick her ass in my story, that's how much I hate Tamsin's character! If you haven't read 'It takes Patience' series give it a go. @XOXOH is an amazing writer! Tell her I sent you!
