''Sure, what is it?''

There were a few seconds of silence.

''Just tell him. Just tell him...''

The next words that came out of her mouth caused her stomach to tighten.

''Tell him...he can pick his stuff up tomorrow.''

And with that the blonde began to make her way down the long hallway back towards the elevator but the boy in the striped t shirt was hot on her heels.

''Sophie, wait!''

Sophie stopped abruptly and turned her head.

''Please don't give up on him.''

''Me give up on him?!'' She emphasised the word 'me'.

''Forgive me if I'm mistaken but I recall I was the one who was trying to call HIM. and when HE didn't pick up I ran over here to try and speak to HIM!''

''Bu--''

''No Louis, this is a two way street, I've done my bit, and to be honest it seems he couldn't care less. He's been looking for an excuse to break up with me for god knows how long and last week I handed him the opportunity on a plate.....And he gladly took it.''

This young blonde had left Louis speechless. He just watched her step into the elevator wiping away a stray tear before he put his hands in his shallow pockets and walked back towards the front door.

She had tried. And she had failed.
