We entered the townhouse, with me trailing behind Demi. All of my family holidays had been held right here, in this house, it held so many memories, almost too many, it hadn't changed a bit. It was situated in a wealthy area, a very wealthy area actually, but the small town was still very friendly. It was the sort of place where you would actually say good morning to someone if you passed them in the street, even if you didn't know them.

I rushed up to my room where Demi went straight for the kitchen. A few family photo's were hung on the walls and one on the side cabinet, but apart from that, it was pretty bare. I pushed my suitcase into the corner and slumped onto my bed. Here I was...again. All alone. By now I had sort of accepted the fact that I was going to become a crazy cat lady, and die alone. I stray tear fell down my cheek but I quickly wiped it away. Suddenly my phone began to ring but my eyes were filled with tears so I couldn't see the caller ID, I just picked up.
''Hello.''
''Sophie! I need you help!'' I recognised that voice. It was him. Wow. He had a nerve.
''And you expect me to give it to you?''
''Please Sophie, I want us to be able to be civil with eachother.''
''Civil! Civil! You cheat on me with a blonde bimbo and then have the cheek to not even keep your affection towards her behind closed doors. I burst out crying every 10 minutes because of you! Because I see you and her together in my head, and it breaks my heart to see you so happy with someone else. So don't you dare even mention the word civil.''
''I'm sorry Soph.''
''You don't have the right to call me that anymore.'' I snapped before hanging up. I turned around the see Demi standing there with an apologetic look on her face. ''What did he want?''
''He wanted my help with something. And he actually thought I was going to help him.'' I mumbled the last bit.
''Well girl you burned him let me tell you that.'' We chuckled before my phone began to ring again. But it wasn't him, it was an unknown number. My nosiness got the better of me and I answered it.
''Yes?''
''Sophie, please don't hang up on me...''
''Oh for fuck sake Harry! I am not going to help you! Get that into your perfect little head!''
''My life is at stake here Sophie.''
My heart dropped. ''What?''
''She's trying to kill me.'' He whispered.
''Are you drunk?''
''Look I'm coming over I need to explain a few things to you.''
''Woah number one you are not coming anywhere near me, and two I've moved.''
''Moved? Where to?''
''Somewhere far away from you.''
''Please Sophie your the only one who will understand.''
''No. I'm the only one who would understand.'' I emphasised the word 'would'.
''What?''
''You've forgotten an important piece of information Harry. We're over. And I hate you.'' I hung up.

I had it on speaker and Demi sat there just as confused as me.
''You heard him Sophie, his life is at stake.''
''That's a load of bull.''
''What if it's not.'' She almost whispered and all I could do was sigh and fall back onto my bed. What was I going to do.
I was going to sleep that's what I was going to do.
''Demi, I'm gonna go to bed. I'll sleep on it.''
''Okay, but I can tell when Harry is really scared Sophie, and I know you can too, and he really was scared then Sophie.'' And with that she turned away and left.

I had a lot of thinking to do.
