Never Tear Us Apart
BOLT
Nothing could ruin this for me. For us. Oh no wait, I'm forgetting one important thing, this is me I'm talking about, something has to go wrong here.
Well I'm having to fly to LA for work commitments. You'd think I'd be thrilled, but I just got engaged and the last thing I want to do is leave Harry. I had to make a decision now. Career, or love? I thought about what I'd do if my career was not existent. I'd be upset, obviously, I worked so hard for it, but it was just one job. Then I thought about what it would be like if I lost Harry. Well...I don't even want to think about it. In this case I chose love.
''Sandra, hi it's Sophie here, I'm afraid I can't make it to LA...something came up. Family emergency.'' I lied as Harry gripped my waist and left kisses down my neck. ''What? But you never say no.''
''Well. There's a first for everything.'' You see Sandra was a middle aged divorcee, with no kids, and she lived alone in a grotty apartment. She never said no either. And look where that got her.
''Well erm. I suppose we'll just send someone else. Goodbye Sophie.''
I was a little dissapointed I'm not gonna lie, it was a great job, but Harry was my priority right now.
''Your a terrible liar you know that.'' He mumbled inbetween kisses.
''And you have no self control.'' I returned the criticism.
''Well can you blame me?''
I pretended to ponder the question. ''Hmmm. No not really.'' We chuckled as I wrapped my legs around Harry's waist. ''We're not gonna make it up those stairs.'' I said looking up at the long, steep windy staircase.''
''Who says we need to. We live alone.'' He grinned.
''But Niall visits everyday to eat our food, and he is yet to visit today.''
''I'll put the bolt on the door.'' I smirked as our lips touched lightly I could feel his breath on my lips. He didn't put the bolt on the door, that would involve going in the opposite direction to where he was first planning to go to, and he was not prepared to do that.
