Bridget is Chelsea twin sister, although they look nothing alike. She is caring and tries to be there for her sister as much as she possibly can, which is hard when her footballer boyfriend always has her travelling everywhere with him.

Chelsea is a smart, nineteen year old girl who works as a lawyer in London. She is sassy and isn't often afraid to put her opinion out there. She has been bullied and abused and cheated on in the past by people around her and doesn't trust easily.
Elliot Mason
Piper's 'ex-boyfriend'. Beat Chelsea up in school and still likes to take his anger out on her if he can.
Five Seconds of Summer
The 5SOS boys are always there for Chelsea and are just an upbeat addition to her life. They are always up for a good time and are always there if you need to vent without judgement.
Harry Styles
Harry is known as the womaniser of the group. He doesn't have much in common with Chelsea and their personalities clash from day one, providing the others with entertainment. Is interested in Piper.
Liam Payne
Liam is like Chelsea's big brother. He always has her best interests in mind and hate having to date Macy when it brings Chelsea trouble. Is immediately attracted to Bridget when they first meet.

Louis has just come out of a long term relationship with Eleanor Calder. Finds Chelsea attractive but doesn't want to mess up her and Zayn. He chooses to take the role as her close friend and finds Stephanie during that time.
Luna Winton
Luna works as a lawyer with Chelsea. Never has cared about relationships and love - mainly sticks to sleeping around although she sometimes wonders if there is someone meant for her. takes shit from no one and is a big part in Chelsea life.
Macy Rodheriro
Macy is Chelsea's bully from school life. She is being paid to date Liam and is very close to Perrie. Macy tries to make Chelsea's life living hell.
Mitchell Craig
Chelsea's ex-boyfriend. Cheated on her with Macy after four years. Best friends with Elliot and Piper.
Nia Jameson
Very alert girl who is in no way a by stander. Gets into a problem when her, Piper and Harry become very close and has to choose between right and wrong. Has the best in mind for everyone. Fancies Harry although she would never admit it.
Niall Horan
From the get go Niall has been the shy one. He has a way with words which attracts the attention of Luna and she always feels as if she can confide in him. Always there for whoever needs support and is always very understanding.
Perrie Edwards
Perrie cheated on Zayn with a football player. She had been seeing him for a while and not long after her split from Zayn she finds herself engaged to him. Whenever issues become present in their relationship she shows up to Zayn's and gives Chelsea hell. Is continuously trying to get into Zayn's pants.
Piper Anderson
Chelsea has been Piper's best friend for as long as wither of them can remember. She absolutely adores the boys, especially Harry. She has always been the best friend, the shoulder to cry on, but is she really as good as she seems?
Stephanie Low
Steph is an up-and-coming journalist in London. She lands a job interviewing the biggest boyband in the world where Louis catches her eye. Always there for Chelsea when shit goes down.
Zayn Malik
Zayn has recently been cheated on by his ex-fiance Perrie Edwards. He has had a few one night stands but no one has really caught his interest. He think there really is no one out there for him. Chelsea comes into his life like a whirlwind and his opions and mood start changing, but is it possible for him to escape the friend zone?
