More Than This

I went out with Vanessa even though I really wasn't in the mood. We did the usual, have a dinner, flirt very much, go back to her place and shag. I almost never brought girls home, only if she was my girlfriend. It felt kind of like "mine and Em's territory, and I didn't want to ruin that. When I'm home, I just want to focus on my favourite girl, Emily.
We have so much fun together, and she is really sweet to. I care way to much about her to bring a girl home, that I don't even like. The thing is, that I think I'm falling for Em, and just couldn't stand hurting her. She makes me feel like I'm whole again, but I can't do anything about my situation. 1. She would never love me the way I love her.
2. We've been friends as long as I can remember, I mean, we grew up together for God's sakes! I could never risk ruining our friendship just because I want more.
I'll have to wait and see if my feelings will disappear or not, cause if they don't, I have to do something about it.
I was laying in the bed, with Vanessa sleeping by my side. No wonder she was, the time was almost five in the morning! I took a good look around the room. The walls were painted in a light, light pink, and the furniture was white. It was a nice, but small room.
By now, I only wanted to come home, to my own bed, and to Emily. I wanted to look out for her, be there when she has nightmares and to give her a hug when she's feeling alone.
I had to go home. There was no option. Deep inside, I knew the reason I was seeing so many girls, was Em. I couldn't stand being around her to much, and not kissing her. But I had to stop. I was only hurting myself and, probably Emily, since we were only hanging out daytime.
I shuffled out of the bed and put on my jeans and Ralph Lauren shirt. I ran out of Vanessa's house as fast as I could, and didn't look back. Luckily for me, her house is really close to mine and Emily's , so I didnt have to run for such a long time.
When I opened the door and stepped inside the first thing I saw was Emily and Louis sleeping In the sofa.
