All I Want For Christmas Is You

"Come watch TV with us!" Val begged as she pulled on the bottom on my sleeve. "Okay, okay, stop!" I said as I lifted her wrist from me. She pouted, but went along with it as I flopped on the couch with her. Harry followed and did the same thing on the other side of me. I looked up at him and smiled as he twirled a piece of my hair in his fingers. He then looked at me and kissed my cheek. I flushed. "Cat! Pay attention!" Val instructed as she slapped my upper arm. Harry giggled. "Sorry," he apologized to Val, and I giggled as well. "How do you make it go?" Val said, fiddling with the remote. "Val, it's the red button that says power," I said as I pointed at the biggest button on the remote. She pressed it and examined the remote. "It should've just said on instead of power, because power doesn't make sense," she said as I heard a thunder clap outside again.

We watched some cartoons and I watched Val get into the shows. During one of the shows there was a very boring part, and Harry decided to reach over and grasp my hand and squeeze it, and I did it back and he smiled, and the smile grew on me as well. "I love you," he whispered and I blushed, but didn't answer him back. Even though I knew and felt like I loved him, I knew love was a STRONG word, and I didn't want to throw it away.

I heard a knock on the door and saw three people, in their teens or twenties, I couldn't tell, walk into the house. "Harry!" one of the boys yelled as Harry jumped up and held out his arms as he ran to him. "Oh Ben I haven't seen you in ages!" Harry said, hugging the boy named Ben. Ben laughed. "Harry! It's great to see you!" another boy said as he hugged Harry as well. "Thanks! It's great to see you too!" Harry answered as he turned to the girl. The girl hugged Gemma and then looked at Harry and smiled. "Hare Bear!" she said as she collapsed in Harry's arms. "Oh, Ella I've missed you!" Harry said as he set her down. She smiled and the two boys socialized with Harry for a moment, and then Harry turned back to see us all sitting on the couches. "Ben, this is my girlfriend, Cat, her little sister Val, and her friend Karla. Girls this is my cousin, Ben Selley," Harry introduced us as Ben ran up to us and gave me a hug, and shook Val and Karla's hands. "Woah, he's hot," Karla whispered in my ear as Ben backed away. I jolted my face to her and rolled my eyes. "What? I'm serious," she said with a tiny chuckle. "And girls, this is Matt, my other cousin, and this is Ella, my baby cousin," Harry said as Ella glared at him. "I am a teenager thank you," she said, slapping his arm and he laughed. "And I am almost 20," he sassed back. Harry was related to his sister! He sounded just like Gemma.

"Well, I'm going to watch a film if ya don't mind," Matt said as he, Ben and Ella sat on the couch next to Karla and Val. I got up and followed Harry into the kitchen. I heard Val and Karla socializing with them quietly and I saw their parents coming in the door now, hugging Brian, who was sitting at the table drinking a hot cup of tea. "Oh, it's quite the gale outside isn't it?" the mom said as she folded her umbrella back down and handed it to the man next to her. Anne turned her head to them and smiled. "We are so glad you could make it!" Anne cheerfully said as she looked back down at her food she was almost done preparing.

Suddenly, my phone vibrated in my pocket again. and I saw it was MY cousin Katie was calling again. I walked nonchalantly into Harry's room and closed the door. "Hello?" I said as I picked it up, and Katie had calmed herself down. "Mom said you need to come back to the states ASAP," she stated as I felt my stomach flip. I couldn't answer at first, I was completely silent. "no..." I said quietly. "What?" Katie asked. "No," I boldly stated as I fumbled with the hoodie strings hanging from the neckline. "Mom says she will NOT take no as an answer, even if you are with Harry Styles," Katie stated as I heard her mom, Aunt Mae, talk in the background. "Listen, Katie, I don't want to go back. I don't want to go back and see the life that basically all... died on me," I said, choking up, not wanting to put it like that, but I knew that would affect her more if I said it that way. Katie was silent this time. "Mom said you are going to live with us, and finish your senior year at my high school," she finished. "Well, I guess I'm not," I sassed. Katie was getting frustrated now. "MOM!" I heard her yell. Oh shit. Aunt Mae got on the phone. "Listen, Catherine, I know you want to continue to stay in England, and meet your prince charming or whatever the hell you are doin, but you are not going to. I'm taking the next plane to come get you. Yeah, so I'll be there in ten hours. And according to your Twitter posts, you are in some tiny town in Ch.. Chesh..sure...Chesire," she said, obviously reading the location. Why did I post anything? That's basically my fault. "Fine, whatever," I said, giving up on my argument. There was no point to it anyway, I knew dreams couldn't last forever anyway.

I hung up and walked back into the living room to see Harry and his cousins talking along with Karla, and Val had gone into the kitchen, helping Anne and Gemma. I could tell Anne loved Val. It was so cute.

"Where did you go?" Ben asked as I walked back near the couch to sit on Harry's lap. "Phone call," I stated and Harry's happy smile faded. "Was that your cousin?" he seriously asked. I frowned and nodded as I sat in his lap. I then cupped my hand around his ear and whispered, "My Aunt is taking the next plane over here and is going to be here in ten hours," I said, and I felt Harry's body grow hot in anger. "I won't let it happen," he said as he helped me up and took me into his room.

"Harry, hiding in a room isn't going to make them not find me," I said laughing, but Harry wasn't. "I don't want you to leave... I mean... you can't leave," he said, giving me puppy dog eyes. "Harry, it's not my decision," I said shrugging. He shook his head. "I'm going to get you in," he said, looking into my eyes. I cocked my head. "What?" "You wanted to go to college here right?" he asked. I nodded, not knowing he knew that... I mean I probably told him, but I had forgotten. "I'm going to get you in that school in August. I will," Harry said, rubbing his hands together. I smiled, "I was already accepted, but my mom was the one saying I'm not allowed to go there," I said, realizing I didn't have a reason NOT to go there anymore. "I'll pay for it. I'll do it. London University isn't all that expensive," he said, looking off to the window. "Harry, no. You can't pay for four years of schooling," I said, shooting his idea down, and he looked sad. "I just want a reason for you to come back," he said, sounding like he was about to cry, even though I knew he wasn't going to, I think. "I'll come back," I said, walking over to the bed he was sitting on, and I brushed my fingers through his hair. He reached around me and hugged me into him and I sat on his knees. "You better," he answered, squeezing me tighter.
