chapter 9
we pull out the lot. I snap on my seat belt. we begin to drive. i stare out the window and see people walk there dogs and sit on benches.
"you know i prefer cats" harry says to me.
"oh i am a dog person." i reply
"im a pussy person" he winks at me. this makes me laugh.
after a pause, i start to hear humming of the raspy voice that sung with two others. harry hums the same coldplay song like before.
"you know your a good singer" i say.
"yes?" he says uncovinced.
"yes." i confirm.
"well thankyou, love" he smiles revealing his beautiful dimples
"yup." i reply awkwardly
he reaches to the radio and finds a good song.
"sing with me"
i look to see if he was serious. i feel the heat in my cheeks rise and he smirks.
"im not a good singer" i say "im a dancer"
"a beautiful one" he points out.
i look away feeling my face get redder. "thankyou"
he begins to singing keeping his eyes on the road like before. i watch him as he makes the words come to life. beautiful.
we turn the curve to a place im not as familier with.
"close your eyes dont peek" he says.
i close my eyes and let all my other sences take over. i feel the car turn another corner and come to a stop. harry gets out of the car and comes and opens my door. i feel a large hand gentally cover my eyes. he uses his other hand to unbuckle my seat belt. he helps me out of my seat and puts his free arm around my waist, guiding my to our destination. his uses his foot to shut the car door with walk and my sences pick up a smell of cettal corn.
harry begins to count down from 3. when he hits zero he un-covers my eyes.
"open your eyes, love" he whispers.
i see that people are everywhere. eating cottoncady, cettalcorn and other things. there are booths and rides everywhere.
harry is taking me to a carnival.
