I like these two

Isabelle's P.O.V

“Welcome to our humble home,” Louis bowed stiffly and stood. Harry chuckled and Eleanor and I giggled. I stepped into Harry and Louis’ familiar flat and immediately made my way over to their living room.

“Well, I can see that someone’s already made themselves at home,” Louis muttered. I rolled my eyes playfully and swatted at his arm, “I’ve been here before, Lou.”

“Yeah, yeah,” he waved my explanation away and bowed again, “Get in here!” I stepped into the living room. Liam was sitting cross-legged on the floor and was grasping a controller and his eyes were focussed intently on a racing game he was playing on the television. Niall was sprawled out on the couch, watching him, a bowl of chips in his lap. He munched loudly on them. Zayn and Perrie sat next to the arm of the sofa, on the floor. His arm was wrapped around her shoulder, and I couldn’t help but to smile. It reminded me a little of Harry and me.

Speak of the devil. I felt an arm wrap around my waist, and I leaned back into Harry’s chest. Niall was the first to notice. “Hey guys!” he said loudly, sitting up and spilling his bowl of chips all over the floor. Perrie shrieked as they flew all over her. Liam looked up at us, momentarily taking his eyes off of the game, and his car crashed into a tree. The words ‘YOU LOSE’ flashed up on the screen, and he groaned.

“Niall!” he said accusingly, “You made me lose my game!” Perrie scoffed, trying to brush some chips out of her hair, “Liam, you lost a game! I got chips all over me. I really liked this outfit too!” Niall looked like a deer caught in headlights. He looked around for a moment before pointing a finger at me, “It was Isabelle’s fault! She came!”

“Hey!” I said, and Harry’s chest vibrated as he chuckled. I walked over to Perrie and held a hand out to her. El appeared at my side. “Come on,” El said, “I think I may have an extra shirt somewhere around here.”

Perrie nodded, smiling slightly, and took my hand, and I pulled her up. They both went up the stairs, and I was about to follow when an arm snaked around my waist again.

“Do you have to go?” Harry whined.

I turned to him, “Harry, this is girl stuff. You wouldn’t understand.” He held up his hands, stepping back, “Alright, alright, it’s fine. Go gossip. I’ll be here when you get back.”

“I’m not gossiping!” I protested, “There’s no one for me to gossip about!” A small smile formed on my boyfriend’s perfectly kissable lips, “Not even me?” he asked innocently, batting his eyelashes. I laughed but rolled my eyes, “Especially not you,” I retorted, pushing him away from me.

“Mm-hm,” he replied sassily, glaring at me in a playfully skeptical way.

I scoffed and flicked his forehead, “Get over yourself, babe.”

He frowned as I began retreating from him, and in an instant, I was back in his visor-like grip, a crease forming in between his brows.

“Why do you hate me?” he whined, and I giggled, pecking his lips once before scrambling up the stairs, calling out, “I don’t hate you! I love you!” I disappeared around the corner, making my way to the washroom, where I assumed Perrie and Eleanor were. I was right.

Perrie sat on the sink, still brushing chips from her hair. El stood patiently next to her, holding out a shirt for her. I appeared inside the washroom and closed the door. “Sorry,” I whispered, “I was a little busy.”

“Yeah,” Perrie said, grinning, and then she made kissing noises. I immediately blushed, fiddling with the hem of my turtleneck. I was wearing a pair of jeans and a turtleneck, to cover up the love bites that Harry had given me. I’d seen them in the washroom mirror and had immediately come up with a plan of action, not really feeling like being the center of attention when we hung out with everyone today.

“Perrie, stop,” Eleanor giggled. I smiled slightly and flicked a chip crumb off of her shoulder,

“Damn Nialler,” she mumbled, and I laughed, “He sure likes his food,” I noted. She nodded, and he her eyes were very wide, “Tell me about it. I once asked this boy who he would rather live with: his mum or his dad. He replied mum with ease. I asked him to choose either the cookie or cream in an Oreo, and I swear, it looked like he was taking the SATs.”

“Really?” I smiled, managing to envision Niall, his head in his hands, deep in thought about this difficult decision.

“Yeah,” Perrie snorted and rolled her eyes, “That boy needs a girlfriend. Actually, he already has one. Her name is Betty Crocker.”

Eleanor rolled her eyes good-naturedly as Perrie began rattling off a bunch of foods, “And Aunt Jemimah, and Mrs. Fields, we mustn’t forget about her.”

I laughed again. Then, the awkward silence came. Determined to break it, I quickly filled it in, “So,” I began, smacking my lips together, “Would you mind telling me about the guys? I don’t really know anything about them, and it would be nice to have a little bit of input on them.”

Both of the other girls nodded, smiling genuinely. “Of course,” El said sweetly, “I guess we should start with Louis. He’s really funny and childish.”

“Got that right,” Perrie muttered, and El and I chuckled. El continued, “But he can be serious when it’s about something he truly cares about. And he can be sassy at times. Although I really think his whole funny demeanour is…well, funny.” I smiled lightly.

“And then there’s Zayn,” Perrie jumped in, “He’s really quiet and mysterious. But when he opens up to you, he’s so sweet. I really love him. Plus, he’s great in bed.” She grinned wickedly, and my eyes widened.

“Only the essentials Perrie, please,” I held up a hand, and Perrie giggled.

“And then there’s Liam,” Eleanor said quickly, wanting to change the subject. Her cheeks were red and I smirked as she continued, “He’s really sensible and serious, but he’s also super funny at times. He’s like the opposite of Louis. And he’s always there to listen to your problems,” she added solemnly.

I pursed my lips together and nodded.

“And now we have Niall,” Perrie sighed, “Sweet, innocent, stupid Niall. He’s obsessed with food, as you already know, of course. But he’s so funny and inappropriate, you wouldn’t believe it. Huh,” she paused, “So then I can’t really call him innocent, can I?” She and El exchanged smiles, and I smirked lightly.

“And finally,” Perrie’s head whipped in my direction, giving me an intense gaze, “There’s Harry. He’s the flirt. He’s charming, sure, and every single girl succumbs to his charm eventually.” I blushed and raised my hand lightly, “Guilty.”

“Don’t fret Isabelle,” El said gently, “I’m sure Harry’s wonderful. Personally, I know him very well, and so does Perrie, but I’ll bet not as well as you.” I pursed my lips, “Well, Harry is really charming. He’s just so handsome and sweet. He’s a little perverted sometimes—,” we all laughed at that, knowing that it was the truth, “—but he has that adorable side to him that makes up for it.”

I guess my look turned kind of distant, because Perrie snapped her fingers in front of my face lightly, giggling, “Well, you sound like you’re completely smitten.”

“I am,” I admitted, blushing slightly. Great, I hadn’t wanted all of the attention to be on me, yet look at where I was. I began feeling slightly uncomfortable.

“Wow,” I said, reaching up and pulling the collar of my turtleneck up and down, fanning it slightly, “Is it getting hot in here?” I looked up slightly and chuckled breathily. When I stared back down at El and Perrie, their jaws hung low. I furrowed my brows, “What?”

Perrie didn’t answer. Instead, she hopped up off of the bathroom sink and stalked over to me. Before I knew it, she ripped the collar of my shirt down, exposing the love bites that Harry had given me.

Shit
.

I gazed down at the hickeys, never really having the chance to properly study them before. There was a fine line of purple and blue bruises along the rim of my collarbones.

Perrie whispered, “Holy shit.”

Quickly trying to cover the love bites back up, I stepped backwards, “Um,” I chewed on my lip, “It’s nothing.”

“Nothing?” El asked, surprised.I nodded quickly, fumbling with the doorknob. I wanted to get out of here. Perrie reached for me, “Isabelle,” she said, more gentle than I’d ever heard, “We won’t tell anyone, we promise.”

“Really?” I asked. She nodded, “Yeah,” she said simply, shrugging, “I mean: it’s your private relationship. We can’t poke our noses into it. Plus—,” she looked at El and chuckled, “I think we can both say that El and I have had our fair share of those.” She and El giggled like schoolgirls, and my grip on the doorknob loosened for a moment.

“Oh, um, okay,” I said, still feeling extremely embarrassed. Perrie clapped her hands and turned to El, “Now! Enough of this mushy crap! El, hand me that shirt so that we can go down and snog our wonderful boyfriends!”

Eleanor and I laughed. “You realise,” I said slowly, “That they probably didn’t even clean up right? And that they probably left us to do it instead? You know, the typical housewife thing?”

“Ugh,” Perrie made a disgusted sound and rolled her eyes, “That is so fucking sexist.” El giggled, “I agree. Without the curse words of course.”

“Yeah, but curse words make the statement effective,” Perrie reasoned with her friend, “A boy’s conversation goes something along the lines of, ‘Sex, fuck, shit, arse, boobs, fuck, sex’. So swearing is the only way you’ll truly catch their attention.” She snorted as she finished her short rant.

I grinned at her, just thinking the exact same thing, and then Perrie threw her hands up in the air exasperatedly, switching the topic back to the fact that there was probably a large mess downstairs just waiting to be cleaned up, “But then again, they’re boys! They’re clueless! So really, what else is new?”
