Katie's POV

"When your ready come and get it! Na na na" I sang very loud and off key while I swung my shopping bags around on my way to my house with Ash.
"Katie just because we meet Harry Styles today, doesn't make your singing any better."

I honestly had nothing to say back. Huh, I'm losing my touch.

"Whatever." I said before snapping my fingers at her. Really is that all I could come up with?

"Losing your sass there Katie." Ash said while laughing at me. I was right! I am losing my touch, how sad.

As we turned into the driveway of my house, I instantly notice the white and blue police car parked in it. I never did anything wrong, no one in my family has. What the fuck is going on?

A few seconds passed before I noticed my mum and dad both talking to a police officer who looked very angry and disgusted at the same time while my mum had mascara smudges running down her cheeks from crying. Seeing my mum cry was always something that got to me, I hate crying but when I see my mum like this I can feel the tears forming and today is no different.

"Katie your parents have seen us we need to go over there. I know you don't like the looks of what is happening but we can't just stand here." Ashley whispered to me and slightly pushing me forward at the same time.

The police officer turned around when he heard the slight whimper that slipped out of my mouth. He smirked at me before approaching us.
"You must be Katie and Ashley, while I'm Officer Bruce and I'm sure you'll be seeing me around." What the hell is that supposed to mean? Creep.

The creep of an officer turned back to my parents before speaking again.

"Well I bet you didn't think she'd be home so soon did you? Looks like your busted."

Liam's POV

"WHAT THE HELL WERE YOU THINKING!!!! Did you think that you wouldn't get busted? Did you honestly think that we wouldn't find out!" My mum yelled at all five of us making us flinch and sink further into the couch we were all sitting on.

"What's the big deal about it?" I asked while sitting up straight again trying to regain some confidence.

"The big deal? The big deal! Mr flirt with every girl I met over here!" she said pointing at Harry before continuing her rant. "Could of told her the truth by accident or she could have spotted you all and then your whole fandom would know your in New Zealand for some reason and I'm sure theirs at least one smart enough to uncover our secret!" She paused to calm her breathing which was very heavy from all the yelling she's been doing ever since we got back from the mall.

"Katie doesn't know the truth yet and we haven't decided when a good time will be to tell her so please just stay away from her for at least a few days so she doesn't get suspicious if she isn't already."

She walked away after that without another word.

Harry turned to me with a worried look on his face. Good he should be worried, he's the one that stuffed up the most out of all of us. All I wanted to do was see what she looked like in person.

"Li do you think I ruined everything?" Harry asked me.

"I'm sure everything thing is fine, like my mum said she doesn't know about any of this."
Harry nodded knowing I was just trying to comfort him and that there's no way of knowing if everything is ruined or not. I stood and turned to face everyone who had been very quiet since we got busted.

"Lads as long as we stay away and don't interact with her until were allowed then we should be fine."

They all nodded in understanding. God their being very quiet. Probably not liking this anymore then I am.

"It's all going to work out."

I hope.
