Who Did It?
Chapter 3
*Mona's POV*
"Hannah hey. You look cute today, as always." I said as Hannah walked up to me at school.
"As do you." She replied smiling to me. We heard some girls whisper and laugh. As Hannah turned to look at them, they were staring at us and turned away laughing.
"Don't worry about them Han, I'm sure it's nothing." I tried to comfort her, but I don't get why they are talking about us. We are only the most popular girls here at Rosewood.
"I know exactly what they are talking about, everyone is. It has been 1 year since Allison disappeared and there is still no sign of her." She explained to me and I have no words to say back to her.
"It'll be alright." Just then the bell rang telling us to go to first period.
"I hope you're right." Hannah said as she shut her locker and walked down the hall. I sighed and headed to my class.
"Hannah, did you see the new boys?" I asked Hannah sitting next to her at lunch.
"New boys?" She asked confused, obviously she has not seen them because you could never forget them.
"Yeah there are 5 new boys here. 4 of them are from England and the other one is from Ireland, to be honest I think he is the cutest. You need to see them though, you will love them! I saw them today in first period, I'm not sure why they moved here though." I explained to her.
"I will have to keep an eye out." she said and I could tell her mind was somewhere else.
"Hannah, you have got to stop thinking about Alison. I understand it is hard, but let's not be sad. I know! Let's go shopping after school! Shopping always makes you feel better." I suggested. Her face brightened up as soon as I mentioned shopping.
"Okay, I guess I could do that." She said finally smiling.
"Alright, after school." I stood up and grabbed my bag. "Well I am heading out. I'm going to go get some coffee then you know, not go to classes. See ya later."
