Alice's POV

"Ali, David's here!" My mom yelled from downstairs. Ugh. I don't want to see him, he's my soon to be step-father.

David is really nice and he really loves my mother so I like him but I'm going to meet his son, my step-brother. My mom told me to dress up because we're having a "family" dinner. Yay (sarcasm).

"I'm coming!" I yelled back. I take a last glance at my appearance in the mirror. I got to admit a look quite good. My hair is down in loose curls. My best-friend Perrie dressed me up. She loves buying clothes for me and force me to wear them.

I don't want to meet David's son. His name is Harry i think. I don't know much about him only that he's eighteen like me and that we're all moving in the same house soon. I'm not going to leave my school because we're moving not really far away but Harry has to leave his. About what I heard in a conversation between my mom and David, he's mad and don't want to live with us and I couldn't agree more with him. He seems like a really rude person.

Our parents are getting married in 2 weeks and I'm happy to see my mom happy for once. She has been heartbroken when my dad left, I was around 4 and I don't remember him, I don't give two shits about him really.

I turn the lights of my bedroom off and walk downstairs. It's really hard to stand in those shoes. When I'm finally done with struggling to walk down the stairs, I see my mom and David smiling at me. I immediately say 'hi' to him.

"Alice, I'd like you to meet my son Harry" he smiles pointing Harry on the couch, he's on his phone. That's rude. But I need to and it he's hot. Like really hot, he's got green eyes and curly brown hair. I could see his tattoos that was cool, I only had one tattoo mad my mom didn't know about that. Hehe. It's a small gun on my side boob. Why? Well I don't really know it does look good and I'm kind of a rebel.

"Harry, please turn off that thing and say 'hi' to Alice!" He nearly yelled.

Harry sighed loudly and got up to greet me.

"Hi!" He said full of sarcasm with a huge fake smile.

"Hi" I annoyingly said. We then didn't even look at each other, no one spoke and it was more than awkward until my mom invited us to eat.

We ate in silence, I was having a small talk with David about school making my mom smile. It will better if Harry stopped being so annoying, he couldn't stop sighing and every time my mom or his dad tried to break the ice he would shrug and go back to his food. What a spoiled child!

David informed us that we're moving in a week. My mom's really excited but I'm not.
The dinner was okay, I guess. I said bye to David and Harry. This time Harry smirked showing his dimples, I don't know why thought. I headed back to my room saying goodnight to my mom and immediately called Perrie. We talked for an hour about stuff and about Harry.

"Is he hot?" She asked.

"Don't you have a boyfriend? You know Zayn" I laughed.

"Just answer the damn question!" I laughed harder.

"Yeah he is kind of hot" I admitted. Perrie giggled on the phone.

After a good talk I took a shower and change into my pyjamas and immediately fell asleep.
