Iris’s POV:

“It’s so pretty,” I cooed as we pulled up to Sophia’s beach house.

The key lime colored house had a large driveway that lead to two garage doors, and strangely enough, the front door wasn’t on the first floor of the house. A stairway, that sits between the two garage doors, lead to a second-floor balcony which is actually where the front door is. Two palm trees sit on either side of the house surrounded by woodchips and shrubbery, as well as fake grass that is used throughout the front yards of the neighborhood. Every house on the block looks exactly the same, only being different colors. I would love to live here because it’s so beautiful and refreshing.

The girls and I had carpooled in one car while the boys drove in another. Louis said we had to ride that way so he didn’t have to hear us girls complain the whole ride there. Rude.

The girls and I got there first, so we immediately ran upstairs and to the master bedroom to change into our bathing suits. Well, I was the only one already wearing mine under my crop top and shorts, so I just slid those off. I finished first and grabbed my towel out of my bag before running out to the backyard.

The back of the house is just like the front, having a staircase leading to the second floor balcony. The thing is, this backyard was every neighbor’s backyard, being right on the sandy beach. I made my way down the steps and onto the sand, digging my feet a couple inches deep in the sand as I looked around. This may only my fourth time being at a beach, but I think there’s something different about this one. No one is here.

“It’s a private section of the beach, just for the neighborhood,” Sophia slung her arm around my shoulders. She pointed off to the side, “See those blue cones on the sand over there? That tells people they can’t cross that part of the beach. Lifeguards and security over there make sure it stays that way.”

“That’s so cool,” I widened my eyes in surprise. “Can I live here?” I joked, making her laugh.

Once the other girls made an appearance, we laid out our towels, helped each other apply tanning lotion, and got right to tanning. The girls spent the whole car ride here trying to convince me that tanning is fun, and that I should try it with them. I’m honestly uninterested, but I decided to give it a shot. So here we are, laying silently as we cover our eyes with sunglasses or our arms to block the sun from them.

“Lou said they’re about a mile away,” Eleanor announced.

“That reminds me,” I heard Perrie mutter. A hand removed my arm from my face, and I opened my eyes to find Perrie leaning over me with a wide grin spreading on her face. “So what’s up with you and Haz?” she wiggled her eyebrows up and down.

I giggled at her face and shrugged, “Nothing.”

“Bullshit,” she smirked. “You two used my guest bedroom just days ago.” Sophia and Eleanor shared a couple of “ooo’s” and “ah’s,” making Perrie’s smirk even smugger.

“Did you seal the deal yet?” Eleanor propped herself onto her elbows so she could see me.

I scrunched my eyebrows together, “Seal the deal?”

Perrie lightly slapped Eleanor's shoulder, “She’s innocent, El. She doesn’t understand what you mean.” Perrie turned back towards me and shot me an apologetic smile. Innocent? I don’t get it…oh. Sex. And Perrie is the only one who knows for sure that I’ve been raped. I can see why she feels bad, but I actually almost did do it with Harry at Prom. It’s weird because in that second, Scott was nowhere in my mind. It was just me and Harry. All I could think about was being kissed by him again, held in his arms again, and his sincerity that makes me love him even more.

“You okay?” Perrie was now leant closer to me, whispering in my ear loud enough for me to hear.

I nodded and pushed her away a little as a shy grin formed on my face, “We almost did, but not at Perrie’s.” I felt my cheeks heat up, and I quickly looked at the water that was yards ahead of us.

“Oh my gosh,” Sophia gasped. I looked to back towards them to see all three of them looking completely dumbfounded, Perrie looking more surprised than the others. “Shut up! When was this?!” Sophia squealed.

I looked back at the sky and closed my eyes before placing my arm back over them. A smirk formed on my lips, “I don’t kiss and tell.” A snort was heard from one of the girls before they all busted into laughter.

“We’ll pry it out of you if we have to,” I heard Eleanor chirp.

“Pry what out of who?” a British accent was sounded behind us. I removed my arm from my face and tilted my chin up so I was looking upside down at the four boys. Liam, Zayn, Niall, and Louis were all standing before us in their swim trunks. They must’ve been here for a bit since they’re all shirtless, shoeless, and holding towels, a beach ball, and a Frisbee.

“Nothing,” all of us girls said at once, immediately laughing at our jinx afterwards. The boys exchanged puzzled looks before shrugging it off and setting up their shit. Zayn placed a towel in the sand next to me and joined our tanning session. Interesting.

Lou stood at our feet and held up a plastic disc, “Do you girls wanna play Frisbee with us?”

“No, we’re tanning,” Sophia groaned. Perrie and El nodded in agreement, but I shrugged and held my hand out to Lou.

“Lazy arse,” Louis snickered before grabbing my hand and pulling me to my feet.

I shrugged again and said, “You love this lazy ass,” before I jokingly patted my butt. He shook his head and tried to hide his smile by flattening his lips, but it was surely a fail since the corners of his mouth were curving up. I placed both of my index fingers on the corners of his lips and raised them higher as I giggled, “Look at that smile.”

“Stop,” he whined with a hint of a chuckle falling from his lips as he pushed my hands away. I just laughed and stole the Frisbee from him before running as fast as I could towards Niall and Liam who were waiting for us. Louis caught up to me and snatched the Frisbee from me with a smirk, and walked a little ways down the beach to toss it towards us. All three of us tried to catch the Frisbee, but Niall was the quickest to get it.

Liam took that opportunity to turn to me and say, “I did what you asked, by the way.”

“You make it sound like we’re part of the mafia,” I teased.

“The package will arrive later,” Liam chuckled, playing along with my silly joke.

“Zayn,” Niall whined. I looked over Liam’s shoulder to see Niall standing like a disappointed kid in front of Zayn. “Play Frisbee with us. Why do you need to tan? Can you even tan?”

“I’m pretty sure that was racist,” Zayn shook his head, making us all laugh.

I walked over to Niall and patted his back, “Well, let’s face it. The only race he likes is food.”

“Hey!” Niall huffed. The next thing I knew, he threw me over his shoulder and began running us away from the group.

“Niall!” I warned harshly. “Don’t fucking throw me in the water! My hearing aids! They can’t get wet!”

“Fuck,” he groaned as his feet came to a halt. I giggled knowing he can’t do shit; that is unless he took my hearing aids out for me.

He set me onto my feet in the shallow water. A sinister grin played on his lips before he lightly pushed me and ran as fast as he could towards the group. I stumbled backwards a bit, but not enough for me to fall. Little does he know, I’ve been running all year, away from my problems, and I’ve become a fantastic runner. I charged at the blue eyed boy, speedily catching up to him, and jumping onto his back.

“I’m under attack!” he shouted.

“Group hug!” I heard Louis shout from behind us.

“Lou, no!” Niall was too late to say. Louis had thrown his arms over my shoulders so he could place his hands onto Niall’s shoulders, and then he jumped up and wrapped his legs around me and Niall. Lou’s actions sent Niall tumbling down to the sand, taking the two of us with him.

“Ow,” I pouted. “I’m in an unmanly sandwich.” Just then, Louis and Niall both turned me and placed me into the sand as they towered over me with smirks.

Louis slowly placed his fingers onto my bare sides, “Say that again. I dare you.”

“You two are unmanly,” I said slowly, as if they were stupid. “Like girls, really.”

“Don’t say we didn’t warn you,” Lou shrugged. Before I could make another wise crack, Niall pinned my legs down and Louis began tickling me. I was a squirming mess underneath them, getting sand all over myself and probably throwing it at others by accident. I didn’t even bother saying a word knowing they’d eventually get bored and stop. That’s how these boys work. If I don’t fight, boredom takes over their minds. When they get bored, they stop. Then I get revenge later. I’m surprised they haven’t learned my tactics yet.

Once Louis stopped his attack and Niall had released his grips on me, I sat up and crossed my arms. “Just know that I know where you two are sleeping tonight,” I glared at them.

“Ha, right,” Niall scoffed before high-fiving Louis. They truly underestimate me.

“Hotdog or hamburger?” Zayn asked me as he slayed away at the grill.

I brought my fingers to my chin to think about it before giving up with a shrug. “What do you recommend? I’ve never been to a barbecue.”

“You’ve had hotdogs and hamburgers before though, right?” he raised his brows worriedly at me. I just giggled and shook my head, making him sigh. “You’re getting both. Whatever you don’t finish, Niall will eat.”

“Indeed he will,” I rolled my eyes. I pat Zayn’s back before joining the others who were sitting around a bonfire. We had all gone inside and changed into comfortable clothes after a long day of Frisbee, beach ball volleyball, tanning, swimming, and watching the sunset. I was the last one done because I took extra care of my appearance. I also took my time to look in my bag for things to use as revenge against Niall and Louis later. I found shaving cream, sharpies, and eye liner in my bag. I think sharpie would be taking it a tad bit too far, but we’ll see.

My phone vibrated in my jacket pocket, indicating I had a text:

From Li:
The package has arrived haha :D

I tried stifling back my laughter as I looked up at Liam and shook my head at him. I looked back down at my phone and replied:

To Li:
I sure hope so. Your life depends on it(;

I noticed his screen light up in his lap. He picked up his phone and furrowed his brows in concentration as he read the message. A small smile grew wider and wider on his face before he looked up at me and chuckled. We’re so weird.

“Hey guys,” a familiar voice said. My eyes followed the voice, finding Harry walking towards us as he stared down at his phone screen. “Sorry I’m late, I had to-“ he stopped short and I noticed his eyes were landed on mine. “I uh, I was um, helping my mum house hunt again,” he could barely say the words as he looked at me in utter surprise. I shot him the biggest smile I could which seemingly only puzzled him further.

“Did you find a house?” Perrie broke the silence.

“Uh, yeah,” Harry spoke slowly. He finally managed to break his eyes away from mine to look over at Perrie. “We actually did. It’s in your neighborhood.”

“Oh joy,” she said sarcastically.

A cheeky grin appeared on Harry’s face before he sat down into Perrie’s lap and wrapped his arms around her, “Aww. You don’t want to be my neighbor? My buddy? We could gossip about other neighbors and shit, like girls.”

I watched as Perrie placed her hands onto Harry’s side and shoved him off of her lap and onto the ground. “Nope,” she said smugly. We all busted into laughter, pointing at the curly haired boy who was pouting as he sat in the sand.

“Aww, come here Harry,” El held out her arms at the boy. He stood up and walked over to her, sitting down in her lap like he had done with Perrie. Eleanor wrapped her arms around him and stroked his curls, “You can gossip and shit with me.”

I didn’t get to hear his response, distracted by Zayn handing me my plate of food. “There’s condiments in the house on the kitchen counter,” he pointed to the back door of the house.

“Thanks,” I smiled and stood up to walk over to the stairs leading to the back door. Once I got to the kitchen, I was amazing by all of the food on the counter. They were pretty prepared. Pickles, lettuce, tomatoes, mayo, mustard, ketchup, relish, onions, a bowl of fries, three big bags of chips, a bowl of chili, and a bowl of tater tots. I wonder if Niall could eat all of this…

I picked up the ketchup and squirted it in a line along my hotdog. I heard that’s the best.

“Mercy?” a hand gently squeezed my shoulder.

I turned my head slightly to look at a concerned Harry. I shot him a smile and focused back on adding things to my burger, “Hey, Harry.”

“I’m sorry,” he sighed. I felt myself smile even wider. He’s such a sweetheart. “I didn’t know you were gonna be here. If I knew, I wouldn’t have come. I swear they tricked me,” he rambled.

I shook my head and laughed a little before setting the mustard back onto the counter. I turned towards him and placed my hands on his shoulders, “Harry, I asked Liam and Sophia to invite you.”

He furrowed his brows, “You did?” I nodded and hummed. “Why?”

“I knew you could use a small break from your family,” I let my hands fall back to my sides before scanning all of the food again. “Besides, I want you here.”

“You do?”

“Harry,” I rolled my eyes and chuckled. “Yes, I want you here. I’ve missed you and I figured it was about time to stop avoiding you so much. Okay? I seriously just wanted to spend time with everyone, you included.”

He walked over to the other side of the counter and pulled a Dorito out of one of the chip bags, “Okay.”

“Oh,” I looked up at him with an evil smile. “And you’re gonna help me prank Lou and Ni later. I’m thinking sharpie tattoos on their arms.”

He laughed and shook his head, “I’m so in. Just as long as you don’t do it to me.”

“I make no promises,” I joked, sticking my nose up in the air. It’s good to have him here. This is gonna be a good night.

As the night went on, we had all picked on each other while we ate. Perrie, of course, had to tell us embarrassing stories about Zayn who would even out the playing field by telling us a bunch about Perrie. Lou and Eleanor spent half off the time just laughing their asses off, clapping their hands together like seals.

Niall did just as Zayn said he would: finished the food I didn’t eat. I didn’t know it was possible to love a meal so much. Sure my mom is a great cook, but she’s never made something so juicy and so yummy like that hamburger. That hotdog was amazing as well, but it couldn’t even compare to the burger. I wound up having an argument with Louis about that, but Perrie got annoyed and told us to shut up. Well then.

Now, it’s around nine o’clock at night and we’re just starting to eat s’mores. I had never eaten s’mores until tonight. I’ve missed out on all of this amazing food. I’m gonna have to have a chat with my parents when I get home tomorrow.

“Guys, I’m bored,” Eleanor announced. “Let’s do something.”

“Like what?” Niall raised a brow at her.

She thought about it for a second before standing up and walking over to me, towering herself over me.

“Uh, hello,” I laughed.

“Dance with me,” she held out her hand towards me.

At this point, I’d normally blush and say no, but I couldn’t help it. This night has been amazing. Experiencing new things, hanging out with incredible people, and every single bit of it has been fun. So I surprised everyone by standing up and running a little towards the shore to dance with El. We laughed as we twirled and did leaps. Niall and Lou eventually joined us, mocking our moves and giggling like little girls. I love these people.

“OW!” I screeched. For some reason, a sharp pain shot through my big toe. It hurt so bad, I felt like crying. My next instinct was to hop on my other foot as I held onto the injured one. My toe was pulsating with such an intense pain.

I noticed two arms hook underneath my legs and behind my back, scooping me up. I looked up to find it was Niall who was worriedly and swiftly carrying me to a chair. He gently set me down, and Harry was quick to be at my feet to observe the pained toe. Niall turned on the Flashlight App on his iPhone before shining it onto my toe to give Harry a better visual of my injury. At this point, tears were streaming down my face, but they aren’t intentional. My eyes are just so watery from the hurt I’ve never experienced before.

“What’s that black thing, right there?” Niall pointed to my toe.

“I think I found the culprit,” Louis came walking over with something in his hand. He held his hand before us, so we could see the dead bee that was laying in it.

“I was stung?” I furrowed my brows at the bug before glancing at Harry.

He nodded, “Its stinger is in your toe. We need to get it out.” Wow, I’ve never been stung by a bee before either. This new shit just keeps on coming.

“I’ll go get the tweezers,” Sophia announced.

“No.”

“Are you crazy?”

“Bad idea,” Liam, Niall, and Zayn all said at once.

She raised her hands up over her head before slapping them on her legs, “What’s wrong with tweezers?”

“Have you ever been stung before?” Perrie raised her brows at Sophia who just nodded. “Well, squeezing the stinger with something like tweezers only releases more of the stinger’s poison into the skin. A credit card would work. I’ll go get mine.” And with that, Perrie walked away.

“Poison?” my eyes widened.

Harry chuckled and placed one of his hands onto my knee, lightly rubbing it, “Not that kind of poison. You’ll be fine. We just have to get that Bad Boy out.”

“I didn’t think bees flew around at night,” Eleanor shrugged.

Lou shook his head and observed the bee some more, “I think this little guy was already dead before Iris stepped on it.”

“Wow, just your luck,” Niall joked, nudging my leg with his elbow.

“What’s that supposed to mean?” I pouted and lightly slapped him.

“Come on, Flower,” he scoffed and chuckled. “You tripped and smashed your first snow cone onto my shirt.”

“There was the time you zoned out while looking at Kyle's crotch too,” Harry chimed in. Rude.

Niall nodded vigorously, “And you accidentally stepped into that mucky creek while you were barefoot.”

“Don’t forget her ripping her dress trying to climb that fence,” Zayn laughed.

“Gee, thanks guys,” the sarcasm was completely evident in my voice. “You’re such great friends.”

Louis pretended to be taken aback, placing his hands onto his chest as his mouth made an “o” shape. “Well, it’s not our fault you have bad luck,” he teased.

“Your revenge is definitely going to be worse than I originally planned,” I glared at Lou before directing the glare at Niall.

Before Louis and Niall could defend themselves, Perrie walked over with her credit card and handed it to Harry. Harry placed my foot onto the knee of his propped up leg and looked at Niall for the phone light.

Zayn knelt down beside my chair and took my hand in his, “This might sting a little.” Again? Really? Fuck.

I tried to focus on other things, like the fact that I’m getting an awful lot of male attention. Harry, Niall, and now Zayn. They are quite lovely. I am blessed to have such amazing people in my life. I love them so….FUCK!

Harry had swiped the edge of the card across my big toe, hitting the sensitive part of my toe and causing another sharp pain to shoot through it. I realized I was squeezing Zayn’s hand awfully hard and as I hissed at the awful feeling.

“Got it,” Harry held up his hand, showing me the stinger that sat in his palm.

“Throw that little fucker away,” I demanded, making everyone laugh. “I think I hate bees now.”

“You liked them before?” Liam chuckled while raising his brows up at me in amusement.

I found myself getting very sassy, “No, I just never had a problem with them until now.”

Harry chuckled and stood to his feet after placing my heel onto the sand, “Well, come on. We’ve got to finish getting your foot fixed up.”

“There’s more to do?” I whined.

He said nothing else, just laughing and scooping me out of the chair. Out of reflex, I wrapped my arm around his neck and hooked my hands together. He carried me to the back door of the house as Sophia instructed him where all of the medical supplies are. She held the door open for us, and Harry walked right into the house and towards the bathroom.

He set me down onto the bathroom counter and pulled out some medical supplies from the medicine cabinet. One was a big black bottle with a white cap, another was a little white tube that I remember as Neosporin, the other was a Q-tip, and lastly was a Band-Aid. Why is all of this needed for one little puncture in my toe?

I noticed that no one followed Harry and I to the bathroom, which tells me Sophia had done her part of the plan. I told Liam to ask Harry to come, but I told Sophia to try and get us a moment alone.

I’ve needed to talk to him for a while. All of this time, Harry has been trying to win me back, and from everything I’ve been seeing lately, he’s truly making improvements. He wasn’t even jealous of Niall for being the first to be my savior when I stepped on that damn bee or for any other reason, really. If he was jealous, he did a damn good job at hiding it. He’s doing so much better, even after the visit he got from his father. He’s become this whole other Harry; the sweet and the real Harry. I can’t help but think he’d never hurt me again. I finally believe that’s true.

“What’s that?” I pointed to the black bottle Harry had just uncapped and placed one end of the Q-tip in.

“Peroxide.”

“Sounds painful,” I laughed nervously.

He bit his lip and gave me a slight nod, “That’s cause it’s gonna sting.” Shit. “Only for a second though, I promise.”

“Since when have you become an expert doctor?” I teased.

He shrugged, “I’m a guy. Cuts and scrapes are our specialty. I’ve been stung by bees a couple of times too, so my mum taught me how to handle it if she’s not around to do it herself.”

“Well, I trust you,” I smiled and gestured him to continue. He seemed a little puzzled by my statement, but eventually a smile creeped up on his face as well, flashing his adorable dimples.

He lifted my foot with one hand and scrunched his face in concentration as he searched for the wound. “The peroxide is to keep your toe from getting infected. It’s cleaning up your little wound, so that’s why it’s gonna sting.” I nodded my head in understanding. He took the Q-tip and placed it against the sensitive skin, and he was right, it stung for a good second and it was over. I expected worse, so I found myself exhaling a sigh of relief.

“So, while you’re cleaning up my toe, I figured I should talk to you.” Wow, that sounds oh so romantic…NOT.

“Oh?” he raised his brows at me as he grabbed the tube of Neosporin.

“So I um, I talked to my father about you,” I looked up at the ceiling as the words fell from my lips. “He’s actually another reason I’ve been so scared to let you…” I paused and looked into his eyes. “…back in my life.” His eyes stayed staring at mine, appearing to be dazed by my words. “I’ve never had this ‘father caring about my relationships’ role in my life. I was scared that if my father didn’t trust you, then I shouldn’t. So I asked him, ‘Dad, if I let Harry back into my life, do you think you could accept that and forgive him?’ He said, ‘Iris, if you can forgive him, that’s great, but I won’t forgive him as easily.’” I watched Harry frown and look towards the floor. “And then he added, ‘But if giving him another chance makes you happy, I’m happy.’”

Harry’s face suddenly lit up, and he smiled up at me, “I guess we both have something in common then: we both want you to be happy.” Those words caused my insides melt and my heart to flutter.

“Well, hurry up and finish playing doctor,” I teased. “I have something to show you.”

After Harry used the other end of the Q-tip to place the Neosporin onto my toe and wrapped the Band-Aid around it, we walked over to the master bedroom so I could grab my purse. We both plopped onto the bed while I reached into my purse to find what I was looking for. I pulled out a folded piece of paper and handed it to him.

He opened it up and scanned it before shooting me a quizzical look, “These are the lyrics I gave you.”

“Indeed they are. I’ve sort of been keeping it in my purse all this time,” I said shyly, making him chuckle. “You should sing it to me.”

“Right now?” I giggled and nodded at him. “Okay.” He took a deep breath and begun singing the words he’s written for me after having been gone to therapy for four weeks:

Girl I see it in your eyes you’re disappointed
‘Cause I’m the foolish one that you anointed with your heart
I tore it apart
And girl what a mess I made upon your innocence
And no woman in the world deserves this
But here I am asking you for one more chance

Can we fall one more time?
Stop the tape and rewind
Oh, and if you walk away
I know I’ll fade
‘Cause there is nobody else

It’s gotta be you
Only you
It’s got to be you
Only you
Hey

Now, girl, I hear it in your voice and how it trembles
When you speak to me I don’t resemble who I was
You’ve almost had enough
And your actions speak louder than your words
And you’re about to break from all you’ve heard
But don’t be scared, I ain’t going nowhere

I’ll be here by your side
No more fears, no more crying
But if you walk away
I know I’ll fade
'Cause there is nobody else

It’s gotta be you
Only you
It’s got to be you
Only you

It’s gotta be you
Only you
It’s got to be you
Only you

“And I believe every word of it,” I smiled and placed my hands on either side of his face. “This is me trying, okay? I’m telling you, right now, that I want to make this work. We can start by going on dates again, and getting to know each other better because I want to know more about this new you.”

“Deal,” he said eagerly, making me laugh. I kissed his cheek before grabbing the paper out of his hand and placing it back in my purse. I walked over to where all the girls’ bags are and placed my purse down by them.

“What are you two doing in here?” I turned around to find Niall pointing between Harry and I with a cheeky grin on his face.

“Oh shut up,” Harry chuckled. Next thing I knew, everyone else had joined us in the bedroom. All of us squeezed our butts onto the bed since this was apparently where we are having movie night. Niall and Louis eventually wound up lying on the floor in front of the TV to watch it because even the King-sized bed was too small for all of us. We all decided on a “horror” movie called, “The Ring.” I guess that movie was scary back in the day, but we all laughed our asses off the whole time. It was pretty much a comedy to all of us.

Soon enough, it was one in the morning. Of course, that’s when Niall decided we should have a few beers and smoke some weed. Sophia had some tricks up her sleeve as how to rid her house of the smell of weed. She had brought some air freshener, a few candles, and a light for the candles. We spent a good hour enjoying each other’s company, laughing about stupid things, and teasing each other for just about everything.

Eventually, we all felt extremely fatigued and decided to drag our sleeping bags, pillows, and blankets to the living room. Of course, the couples all shared blankets and shit while Niall, Harry, and I were left on our own. We stayed up longer than the others, joking about how singles are better. We even gave ourselves a name, “#PorkyHazGiggles,” because it sounds like “Porky has giggles” and it has all of our names in it. Apparently, I’m giggly when I’m high, so that's how I got stuck with the nickname Giggles for the night.

We all fell asleep huddled in a sandwich, with me in the middle. Niall placed my right arm onto his chest and hugged it against him as his way of cuddling with me. Dork. Harry had intertwined our fingers together, with my free hand, and placed them onto my stomach as he laid on his side, facing me. I’m lucky I had already taken my hearing aids out because I have no free hands. Unfortunately, since I'm trapped, this meant I couldn't get my revenge on Niall and Lou.

I’m happy to be sleeping in between both of my best friends. I’m satisfied with how this night turned out. I’m pleased with the way my life is turning out. Overall, I’m lucky. I don’t care what the boys say. I’m am pretty damn lucky.

@ReignOn
To be honest, I had no idea where I got the poodle shaped birthmark idea until now haha. I knew I heard it from somewhere, but I was never able to figure out where. Also, there are tons of people who get locks for their doors to lock on the outside. I babysat for a family that had locks on their kid's doors to lock them in whenever they were in a timeout.
