HARRYS P.O.V

“ Home sweet home” I threw my bags on the floor beside the door as the rest of the mates came threw.

“ Dude, care to move your bags?” Liam pointed to the floor

“ Time to call Nina!” Dani and El chimed threw the door stepping over my luggage.

I miss my girlfriend already, I smiled at the ground as my mind thought of nothing but her, her smile, her laugh, cuddling her to sleep, kissing her, I want to kiss her right now, the thought of me being so far away from her was making my insides turn to grief.

“ Want to call Nina?” Dani grabbed my hand

“ Very much” I answered

We all sat around the table, I ran my fingers threw my hair in frustration, as she didn’t pick up.
“ Hi you’ve reached Nina, leave a message” Her voicemail spoke and my face lit up instantly from hearing her voice.

“ Do we leave a message?” Niall raised his eyebrows, I shrugged, she usually always has her phone, and its not dead cause I saw her charge it this morning.

“ Nina it’s us, we’re in London safe, call us when you can” El said quickly before getting out her own phone no doubt texting Nina. I did the same

I sat at the table staring at my phone as the rest of the group went to bed. It was 30 minutes with no answer. I tried calling again but no answer. Maybe she went to bed I thought to myself, I’ll text her once more.

I’m assuming you went to bed, you did look tired today (; anyways I’m off to sleep as well, first night in awhile without you. I miss you baby call or text me when you see this. Goodnight Beautiful <3333

I fixed my eyes on the phone once more hoping for a response but nothing.


TIA’S P.O.V

“ Goodnight mom, goodnight dad” I kissed my parents cheeks before turning back into the room I grew up in. I heard my phone start playing

“ Drunk” by Ed Sheeran, which was Nina’s ringtone when she called me. I ran over to my bedside, practically jumping over my bed.

“ Sup bitch, I miss you,” I laughed into the phone

“ Is this Tia Jones?” An unfamiliar voice spoke harshly into the other end.

“ Yes this is she,” I said quizzically

“ This is Ellen Huger from the New York hospital, you’re adoptive sister Nina Vinci has been critically injured in a three car collision today on the JFK freeway. Her injuries are life threatening and it is important you get to the hospital as soon as you can” I felt tears creep down my cheeks
“ Thank you yes” I hung up the phone just in time for the dry heaves to kick in.

“ MOM, DAD” I screamed as the tears worsened

“ What what’s going on” My dad ran into my room and my mom followed

“ Nina’s been in a car crash she’s in the hospital we need to go we need to go now” I couldn’t focus; I got off my bed and threw on my jacket, tears streaming down my face.

“ Did they say the severity?” my dad asked, water growing in his eyes.

“ Life threatening” I whispered

“ Sarah get your shoes on” He ordered my mom, who had her hand on her open mouth, tears running down her face.

“ Now we don’t have time!” he yelled at he and she ran out of the room.

Where’s Harry, was he in the crash too, what about the boys. Quickly as I ran out to the car I took my phone out to call Harry.

“ Hi you’ve reached Harry Styles, leave a message” I pressed end. I could hear my mom’s sobs coming from the front seat. Nina was like their second daughter; she was my sister, my only sibling, and my best friend. Thinking about her made my crying worse. I directed my eyes out the window to look at the dim scenery. I got out my phone again and decided to try calling another one of the boys. I tried Niall but no answer, I tried Zayn but same result, and Liam’s phone went to voicemail on one ring.

I rubbed my face with my hands, what if they were involved in the crash too. A fresh set of tears produced from my eyes as I dialed Louis.

“ Tia! Sup girlfraaannnd” My face fell into relief

“ You’re alive are you all okay? Where are you guys?” my voice was barley audible and my breathing was heavy.

“ Are you crying? What’s going on, yes of course we’re alive we just got back into London” He sounded serious

“ Nina’s been in an accident, her injuries are life threatening, we’re on our way to the hospital but it doesn’t sound good” I couldn’t talk, the lump in my throat was too big, I tried to breath it out but it made it all worse.
