Monsters Aren't Born, They Are Made....

Lucy cried dramatically "Oh no! I never knew he was a cheater, Thank you so much Marcel for saving me!"

I grinned at her, pushing my glass's up my nose more as they slipped down "No problem my lady"

I smiled nervously and said "Any chance you could kiss me?"

Lucy giggled loudly "of course my Marcykins"

We both leaned forward as the music started then the crowd applauded as the school's curtains closed on us, ending the play.

Lucy quickly backed away from me as I took of the fake glasses and ruffled my hair enough so it wasn't as gelled back as it was..

I looked down at what I was wearing, a tight buttoned up white vest with a tie, I groaned "When can I get out of this shit mam?"

The Teacher ignored my question as she walked up to us "Lucy, Harry, very...interesting performances"

I grunted trying to undo my extremely tight tie "It was crap wasn't it?

The Teacher again ignored my comment and told us "Your parents are waiting for you outside when you are ready-"

She didn't have to finish the sentence and I all ready was heading towards the exit with a smile on my face, you can guess by that I was very close to my parents, especially my sister....she promised me she'd also bring her new boyfriend along that I was exited to meet. She did talk highly of him, so I wasn't expecting anything to go wrong...

"Harry! Over here" I heard my mother yell at me.

I met with my mother's happy and amused face and her twinkling blue eyes that always made me feel special, so I was a mummy's boy, so what?

My my dad who had dark green eyes teased "Nice vest Harry"

I said playfully back "I've seen you in worse"

Dad pulled a horrified and troubled expression as he said "True..."

Before I could tell my dad of for being disgusting because I knew by his expression what ever he was thinking of defiantly wasn't what I meant and he was doing it on purpose when "Hey, Mum, Dad, this is David"

I turned around to see my big sister who is around 23 holding hands with a guy who looked to be around the same age even though we were around the same hight.

As soon as I saw him it felt like my heart had dropped to the bottom on my stomach, something was different about this guy, something very different, he was extremely pale and I had the strangest feeling either to run in the other direction or punch him, thankfully I didn't react on any of these impulses...

Gemma gave me a big smile as David started to shark hands with my dad and mum "Hey big brother"

I raised my eyebrows at her "I'm your little brother"

Gemma pouted playfully "Your not so little anymore"

I laughed "Gemma styles, are you never going to get over the fact I am now taller than you?"

Gemma said with mock determination "Never, you were smaller than me when I started University and you should have stayed that way"

I sniggered "Aw, is poor Gemma upset?"

Gemma pretended to scowl but she couldn't suppress her smile then said "At least I'm not called Marcel"

Now it was my turn to scowl, for real this time. Before I could retort in our childish sibling rivalry David had finally turned to me.

Gemma manner quickly became more mature "David, This is Harry, my baby brother?"

Baby brother? When did big Brother turn to little then to baby?

We shook hands then my eyes widened as I took my hand away sharpish and David looked amused? Though Gemma looked puzzled.

"Your hand...Its very cold, I was just surprised" I said weakly trying to explain.

David just chuckled "Its fine, I have a condition, that's all"

Still not getting a good feeling of this guy I muttered "Right..." Then I asked not caring how rude or suspicious I sounded "What kind of condition?"

Gemma warned "Harry! He could be sensitive to that kind of thing-"

David laughed as he said "No its fine, your little brothers fine for being a little curios" I swear he sounded so patronising! I'm 19 almost 20, not 5! David leaned in slightly as he said "Well I don't really know, the doctors haven't reached a conclusion to Whats wrong with me but its nothing serious"

I said skeptically "Imagine that"

David gave me a smile that showed me his white, sharp teeth before I could think wait sharp? Where had I got that from he said to Gemma "You want to walk home with me tonight?"

Gemma giggled "Sure, why not?"

I was was about to protest but my parents beat me to it however like I knew they would they finally aloud it, seeing how happy Gemma was I decided not to argue as well but I said to David half teasing and half of me defiantly not "I think a brother is meant to say to his sisters boyfriend don't hurt her or I'll kill you sort of thing, before she's whisked away?"

David said before he walked away with Gemma following him "I only thought big brothers did that"

I yelled back remembering Gemma's words "I am her big brother!"

As they were about to be lost in the ground Gemma yelled to me, I could hear the playfulness in her voice "Bye Marcel!"

Before I could retort she was gone, My dad put his hand on my shoulder as he said with a smirk "Come on Marcel, let's get you home"

I groaned knowing I'm quickly going to tire of this new nick name "My name is not Marcel!"

I guess when I think back to this day it was strange how lighthearted we all were, how we all had no idea what was going to happen in the night and the next day...

I think this was my last normal day, that how I remember it, before I was dragged into a world I never knew existed...

This was the night where my sister must of met a dark stranger...one with fangs and a lust for her blood...This was my last happy, innocent day before something happened that turned me and my parents world up side down..because this was the day before my sister disappeared...
