As Fragile as Glass

*** 30 Minutes Later ***
"I am starving! Can we get something to eat?" I said as I pouted. Harry glared at me. "We just starated. How are you hungry?"

"You rushed me out before I could eat anything so now I'm hungry," I whined.

Harry sighed and ran his hand through his curls. "Fine, there is this diner up ahead. Good food."

I cheered and without thinking gave him a hug. He tensed up and I was about to pull away when he hugged me back really fast. If I hadn't been paying attention I wouldn't have even known he had done it. I blushed and hide my pink cheeks from him with my hair.

"Um anyways what kind of food do they have?" I asked trying to move past that awkward moment.

Harry shrugged. "The usual. Burgers, hot dogs milkshakes-"

I cut him off with a squeal. "Milkshakes!"

He looked at me like I was crazy. "Uh yeah. What's the big deal?"

I smiled. "I love sweets. Candy, ice cream, cake- you name it. I love anything with chocolate. Chocolate is life."

He laughed and for the first time I noticed he had adorable dimples. Wait- adorable? Where did that come from? Obviously I'm not thinking straight because I haven't had anything to eat.

We reached the diner and Harry opened the door for me. I gasped dramatically and faked shock.

"Harry Styles being a gentleman? I never thought I'd live to see the day!"

He rolled his eyes. "Just go. I thought you were hungry."

I stuck my tongue out and ran in before he could retaliate. I choose a booth at the back and slide in. Harry caught up and sat on the other side. I started bouncing excitedly in my seat as we waited on our waitress causing Harry to laugh again. Our waitress wadistress walked up and smiled brightly.

"Hello dearies. I'm Jordan and I will be your waitress. What can I get ya to drink?" Jordan asked as she pulled out her notepad.

"A chocolate milkshake!" I said eagerly.

Jordan nodded.

"A Coke," Harry told her.

She smiled again. "Alright if you need anything else let me know," Jordan said before she walked.

"Well obviously no one gas given you the talk yet," I said to Harry with a sly grin

He frowned in confusion. "You mean the birds and the bees?"

I giggled. "No the talk about drugs. Coke is bad for you."

Harry sighed. "Damn it. Can't believe I fell for that."

"Me neither," I teased.

All of sudden we were interrupted by an annoying high pitched squeal.

"Harry!" The voice called.

I turned to see a girl walking over. She had long blonde hair and big Brown eyes. Her face was caked with make up She was wearing a black crop top that was wayyyy too low so that her boobs practically fell out and dark gray distressed Jean shorts that she may as well not worn cause her butt was hanging out of them too. The girl sat herself down on Harry's lap and gave him a long kiss.

"Oh God I'm going to puke,"I said as I fake gagged.
The girl managed to pull her tongue out of Harry's throat (not sure how considering it was so far down there) and glare daggers at me.

"Who is this?" The girl asked as she arched an eyebrow in disdain.

"Carly this is Summer. Liam's sister," Harry said.

Carly smirked at me as she snaked her arm around Harry's neck. "Oh that's right. Liam's little sister," she said as she put emphasis on little.

I don't know what this bitch's problem was. Did she want me to be jealous. News flag! I'm not. Harry is an annoying ass but it wasn't even about that any more. This girl pissed me off walking in here, interrupting my lunch, and insulting me. I'll show her what's up.

I smiled fakely at her. "Did it hurt?" I asked her.

"When I fell from Heavan?" Carly asked.

"That wasn't what I was going to say. I was going to say did it hurt when you put those shorts on? I was just curious cause those shorts are so far up your ass so you can have it hanging out. It just look a like it might be painful."

Carly's mouth gaped open like a dying fish. I smiled innocently and leaned over and shut her mouth.

"Don't want you choking on a bug," I said sweetly.
Harry started laughIng and tried covering it up but couldn't.

Carly began pouting and hit Harry on the arm. "It isn't funny."

Harry managed to get a hold of himself. "Right Right, totally not funny."

I rolled my eyes. Jordan came up and handed us our drinks. She frowned when she saw Carly sitting in Harry's lap but quickly recovered and began smilin Again.

"So have you guys decided on your orders?" Jordan asked cheerily.

"I'll have a cheeseburger," I told her.

"Same," Harry agreed.

Carly looked at my milkshake as if it were going to bit her. "I'll just have a water. Don't want to lose my size 2 waist," she Said as she looked pointedly at me.

I rolled my eyes abd was suprised to see Jordan roll hers with me.

"I'll be back with your food and skinny bitch water- I mean water,"Jordan said.

Jordan winked at me before she left.

"Do you know how fattening that milkshake is?" Carly asked me in a snobby tone.
I took one really drawn out and loud slurp from my drink and slowly swallowed before responding.


"Yup."

I thought her face was going to explode it was so red from anger but she calmed down and resumed making out with Harry. I had to eat lunch watching this. Lets just say it was a miracle I kept my meal down.
