I'm Birdie

ONE YEAR LATER

So it's been a year. Harry and I have been pretty happy partly because I'm pregnant. I'm now nine months and I could have the baby at anytime, scary right? Anyway Harry is really excited about it. We've had the ultrasound and we are having a girl. I've always wanted a girl and now I'm having one! I'm kind of scared but excited.

Harry is at the studio and I said I would visit him there. I chucked on some comfy clothes. Maternity clothes are the comfiest clothes in the world. I put my hair up in a messy bun and put on my shoes. I got in the car and made my way to the studio.

I finally arrived and found studio ten. I knocked on the door and it opened suddenly. Louis smiled at me and pulled me into a hug. I haven't seem them in a while so I'm sure they will have something to say about my stomach!

"Your getting bigger every time we see you." Louis laughed

"You don't need to keep rubbing it in my face!" I smiled

I kissed Harry's lips and gave him a hug. I signed and went to sit down. I hate to say this but all this extra weight is making me so tired.

"How you feeling?" Liam asked

"Umm ok but I'm scared just because a baby could come out of me at any moment!" I gestured to ,y stomach

They all laughed and I joined them. I looked over at Harry and he looked so happy. I lent back in my chair and got more comfortable. I rested my hands on my stomach and shut my eyes for a little bit.

"You tired?" Zayn asked

"Oh of course not! This extra weight makes me feel so energised!" I said sarcastically

"Haha!" Niall laughed

The boys carried on with what they were doing and Harry sat next to me. I looked at him and he kissed my hand. I shut my eyes again and I put my head on his shoulder.

We were both home and Harry was cooking dinner. I lay on the couch watching the news. I was feeling really really tired and I almost fell asleep. Harry came in and gave me a bowl of pasta.

"Thanks babe. Smells delicious" I smiled

He nodded and sat down at the end of the couch. I went to put my fork in my mouth but I suddenly I felt a stabbing pain in my stomach. I looked at Harry and he looked at me. I just nodded and he jumped up and ran out the door. He came back with a cardigan and he helped me up. He got me in the car and by now it was hurting so bad. Harry drove as fast as he could while telling me to just breath.

We got to the hospital and nurses rushed to my aid. They got me all sorted and told me to start pushing. Harry held my hand tightly and told me to breath. I felt the sweat drip down my back and the tears roll down my cheeks.

"Come on one more, your ding fantastic." The nurse said

I gave one last and final push. Suddenly I heard a baby start crying. I signed in relief and looked at Harry.

"Congratulations on your girl!" The nurse smiled

She handed me the fragile little thing. I started crying as I rocked her back and forth. She was beautiful. I handed her to Harry and he smiled. He gently rocked her.

"What are you going to name her?" Another nurse asked

"Sydney Gemma Anne Styles." I smiled

"That's a beautiful name for a beautiful baby." She smiled

Harry handed Sydney back to me and I kissed her forehead. Harry rang the others and told them the news. The nurses gave me a bottle and I carefully let her drink it. She is the cutest little thing I've ever seen. The others came and they had bought flowers and clothes for Sydney. I let the girls hold her as I opened the gifts.

"Oh my! This is so cute." I smiled

It was a little pink jump suite. I held it up to show Harry and he smiled. Harry's smile didn't wipe of his face. I grabbed Sydney of Zayn and sat up a bit more. I held her tightly. She was so precious. I love her so much. She is so cute, I could cuddle her forever. I can't wait to tuck her in and take her to school and look after her when she need it but I really don't want her to grow up too soon. I handed her to Harry again and he kissed her little hands. She wrapped her small hand around his index finger. It was so cute.
