Chapter 9 - Forget the haters because somebody loves you
~Karen’s point of view~
You could safely say that people were shocked when we went out about the pregnancy. “Good morning princess”, Niall said as I opened my eyes that morning. He’d been staying ever since we went out about it. “Good morning Niall”, I smiled back and pecked his lips, smiling more as he placed a hand on my bump. We were going to my doctor to get an ultra sound; today was the day we would find out the gender of the baby. “Are you ready for today?” he asked kissing my shoulder, “Yeah, are you?” I asked smiling at him, “yep”, he said with a grin.
At the clinic we had to wait for a while until a nurse came over to us, “Are you Karen and Niall?” she asked looking up from her papers, she seemed very young, “Yes that’s us”, Niall said and got up taking my hand in his as we followed the nurse, “I’m Grace Simmons by the way”, she said with a smile when we finally reached the room where my doctor was sitting. “Karen so nice to see you, this must be your boyfriend”, my doctor said getting up from her chair. “Dr. Peterson, nice to meet you ma’am”, Niall said shaking her hand. “Nice to meet you too Niall”, she said with a smile, “Why don’t you lay down here and we’ll get started”, she added. “It’s a girl”, Dr. Peterson said with a smile. Making Niall and I smile at each other. We were having a girl; I was so excited for this.
Getting back home we sat on the couch with my Nan and sister, “I’m going to be an auntie”, Lucy said with a bright smile. “Just don’t spoil her rotten okay?” I said laughing. “Hello lovely viewers and fans! Its Karen and Niall here, and we have some exciting baby news for you all. The baby is a girl!” I said with a squeal, leaning my body on Niall as he rubbed my bump.
~Harry’s point of view~
I had been with CJ for quite some time now and I could easily say I was in love with her. She always made me laugh, and she made me feel somewhat normal. “Aria can we talk?” I asked sitting on the couch watching friends while she was making us dinner. “Sure Hazza what’s wrong?” she asked sitting down next to me, a worried look on her face. Pulling her close to me I wrapped her in a cuddle, playing with her hand, “nothing is wrong babe, I talked to your dad today and I asked him if I had his blessings”, I said looking down at where she was laying in my arms. “Blessings for what Harry?” she asked looking at me, “Blessings for me to marry you”, I said with a cheeky grin, “What makes you think I’d say yes?” she asked poking my dimples. “Well I was hoping you would say yes”, I say looking at her worriedly, “I’m just kidding, I would love to marry you”; she says and cuddles up offering her hand for me to put the ring on. “I love you CJ”, I whispered, kissing her softly, “I love you too Hazza”, she whispered back, kissing me just as softly before cuddling up.
