Psychic or Psycho?

Jace's POV

I decided instead of Liam I would go to Zayn. He seemed trust worthy, and I don't have a reason for him not to be. I leave my room, or dorm, or whatever, and walk down the girls' hallway.

I find myself back in the kitchen, alone. Well, Louis went in the opposite direction, so I'm guessing that's the direction I should go in.

I walk down the hallway, looking at the room doors. Each one is decorated.

On Harry's, a picture of a skull with cross bones. Also a graffiti sketched into the door that says HARRY. Niall's has an Ireland flag, something called Nando's, a fried chicken sticker, and a magazine- poster pull-out of brownies. Oh Niall....
Louis had his name in cursive, written neatly in black sharpie. Other than that, that's it. Liam's is bright neon purple, with the name Wolverhampton on it, and the England flag. Well, that's cool. Then I get to the last one, and its by far the coolest.

It has splashes of colors on it, the door black, and it looks like he just filled water balloons with different colors of paint and threw them at the door. I suspect that's exactly what he did.

I knock on the door, on a neon green splash, and hear the break of a bed, then shuffling of feet, and then the door opens.

"Yeah, Jace," he asks sleepily.

"I needed someone to talk to, and everyone else would just be.... Awkward." He shrugs and lets me in. I look around the room.

His walls are... Well, they're everything.

"You have an art wall? And you can spray paint on them," my eyes widened.

"Yep," he said with the popping of the 'p.'

Thats awesome! I want something like that! Maybe I'll decorate it later.

Zayn goes over to his bed, which is grey, and pats the other side. I sit where he told me and take a deep breath.


"So I've been having these visions but when it happened with Louis he asked what happened and I told him it was a vision but he just said that he didn't believe me before."

I skip the kissing part.

"So then I ran and I ran into you and I had another. then I left and was up in a tree but Niall found me. Niall took my back to the Institute and asked the headmistress I I could stay because I was having family problems. She said I could so Niall took me to my room."

I skipped the kissing part(s).

"Then I had another vision it was like I couldn't wake up and I heard voices an one of the voices said 'I'm sorry I couldn't protect you from-' an then it got cut off. And I'm really scared because Louis warned me about Harry so now I think it's Harry but I'm not sure and I don't know who that voice was."

"And I'm stuck in the middle 'cuz I like Louis AND Niall, but you can't tell either of them. As you can't tell one single soul wht I have just told you because then I would dream something bad up about you." I laughed.

thats not how it works.

Zayn nodded. He stares off into space, probably thinking hard

"We'll, I think you should just do what feels right. And a out the visions, we'll have to wait and see."

I nodded.

I opened my mouth, but there was a knock on the door.

"Quick, hide in the closet," Zayn says as I dove into the closet and shut the door.

"Hey, mate," I heard someone say.

Louis!

"U-uh, hey Lou," you could HEAR the nervousness in his voice.

be strong Zayn! Be strong!

"So have you seen Jace? I needed to talk to her about something, like now," I hear.

"Uh, I think she went to get some fresh air, try the balcony. I think she asked Niall to help her find it," Zayn said. He's good at acting, I'll give him that.

I looked through the little holes in the closet, and saw Louis clenching his fists.

"Okay," he said through gritted teeth. I heard the door close.

I opened the closet and sighed in relief.

"Thanks, you're a life saver," I said and sprinted back to my room before Louis realizes I'm not there.

I pretend to be alseep when I hear a knock on my door.
