Kay’s POV

*Present Day*

I realized I didn't want to die with Grace just yet. I kicked Grace and ran looking back at her to realize I bumped into someone. Before I could met eyes with the person I was thrown over there arm and running off. We finally got into a car. That's when I knew who he was. Before I could talk to him he just said to sleep and relax. We were going to his place. He was helping me. I drifted off to sleep.

When I awoke, I was in a bright pink room. I smiled at old memories. That’s when he came in. I looked at him and smiled. He grinned and wrap me in a hug. Niall. He also had a bit of worrisome in his face. After our long hug he pulled apart.

“Kay, why?” Niall asked. I looked confused at first until he explained to me. What did I do to make him this disappointed? He never was like this! “The suicide pact?” How did he know? I had so many questions. Without realizing it, I was crying. Niall wiped my tears away with his thumb bringing me back to his question.

“How did you know?” I asked rubbing my eyes. He frowned.

“I knew your friend Grace’s number and texted her…” He began to explain. “At first,” He began giggling at this part. “She was going all fan-girl on me…” Back to being serious, “But then I asked about you and she was at first shocked that you didn’t tell her you knew me. But then she said she made a suicide pact with you. The memory flashback and out of my brain.

~Flashback of Earlier Today~

I got a text from my Best Friend Grace. I met her after I moved out of Niall’s. She helped me alot. I never told her about Niall, she loves him and if she found out I was afraid of losing her as a friend. After my shift at gamestop, I grabbed my purse and ran out the door. Cars were too expensive so I walked everywhere. I began to walk to the alley where we were meeting up.

“Grace?” I asked like I was in a horror movies. We loved watching them. Now only if we had boyfriends, it would be much better. I heard crying. I couldn’t tell if she was happy, upset, or both.

“Kay?” Grace asked turning around crying in tears. She must be upset! She had something on her mind and was trying to tell me. “I can’t go on, living this way,” She began. Suicide? No, she can’t.

“We are in it together,” I cry. We made this suicide pact that if we were going to kill ourselves, if would be same time and place. Together. Grace pulled out two new shiny knives. I took one and we walked behind the buildings where no one would see us.

“1….2..” Grace began but I dropped my knife. Grace looked at me thinking it was a mistake. I shook my head scared.

“I….I….I can’t. Not..t.. now. Not...t like… this,” I spit out.

~End of Flashback~

“I made the pact because she is just like me, having hard ways in life. We were best friends,” I attempted to explain. Shit, she was going to kill herself! If you know me, you know me, you know that I keep a promise. I shoot up but Niall grabbed my arm.

“Grace is here. I brought her here too. She is resting, and she is alive,” Niall tells me. He always seems to read my mind. Niall carefully stood up and pulled me into the room where Grace was sleeping. He looked at me. He wanted me to wake her up, we were going to eat. I shook Grace while Niall left the room.

“Wake up sleepy head,” I awoke Grace. She sat up slowly and rubbed her eyes.

“You awoke me from an amazing dream…” Grace looked around. “Where am I Kay?” Grace asked me.

“My very old home, now get up time to eat some food,” I told Grace. Her eyes widened. Not to the old home part but the food part.

“Food?” I giggled and dragged her towards the door.

“Niall, I got her up!” I yelled. She looked shocked.

“This is real? I thought that was a dream!” Grace screamed. I rolled my eyes at her. I let go of Grace’s arm and walked out into the dining room.

My friend helped start this. We were messing around on a post on my friends Google+ It was a picture saying comment and make an epic story. I couldn't have start it without her! Thank you Out of my league/Grace!
