Louis' POV:
'El are you OK?' I asked nervously as she groaned softly and clapped her hand to her forehead.
'No, I'm not!' She replied quickly. 'Louis, I think... The baby...'
'I'll get you to the hospital!' I said, thinking rapidly. 'Come on, Eleanor, let's go!' I grabbed the car keys and lead Eleanor outside and into the car.
We arrived at the hospital and I took El out and helped her in. The next seen was a blurr. I suddenly found myself in the waiting room doing what the name indicates - waiting. I was pacing when my phone vibrated, making me jump. Harry was calling. 'Haz?' I answered.
'hi Lou are you alright? I tried calling you then I went over to your house but neither of you were in!'
'Yeah. Harry, we're at the hospital. Eleanor's having a baby.'
'Oh my god. Do you want me to come over?'
'No, it's fine, thanks. I'll call you when it's done with.'
'See you.' I hung up. I was pacing again up and down, up and down, up and down...
Long hours passed and I was getting drowsy...
My eyes were fluttering, closing...
someone was shaking me awake...
I opened my eyes quickly as I came to my senses and remembered where I was. It was the doctor.
'Well?' I asked worriedly.
'She's fine, Mr. Tomlinson. Follow me.' Dazed, I followed the doctor into a room.
'Eleanor!' I cried and flung my arms around her.
'He's a boy, just like we thought.'
'James,' we both said. I suddenly felt my eyes well up with tears. All I could do was hug her and stare into my sleeping son's little pink face.
I gave the boy as quick ring and they came minutes later.
'Congratulations!' Harry exclaimed as he gave me a hug and Eleanor a kiss on the cheek.
'He's adorable,' Liam said softly.
'Yeah. He's called James.'
'Aww,' Niall said. I noticed Harry's eyes to the baby and then he busied himself with his phone.
'You alright, mate?' I asked.
'Yeah,' he replied looking distracted. 'Georgia sends her love and she says sorry for not being able to come.'
'There's something wrong,' I said, then gasped. 'You haven't... Lost the baby, have you?'
'No no no!' I breathed a sign of relief. 'Its just Georgia's mood swings. They drive me up the wall! One minute she'll cry, all over me, the next she'll yell at me at the top of the voice!'
'It's normal,' I assured him. 'Don't worry.'
Suddenly Zayn walked through the door with Perrie and Isabella.
'Congrats!' Perrie hugged Eleanor and me.
'Yeah,' Zayn said. 'Sorry we were so late, the baby wouldn't stop crying and we couldn't find her little blanket. This is him?' He added, looking at my James in El's arms.
'Yeah. James,' She replied.
'He's so cute!!'
'Thanks,' she smiled. I stayed quiet, my throat hurting from so much talking. It was so overwhelming. I had a son!!!!!
