Chapter 12
Kiran's POV
“Really!?” The girls all yelled.
“Yeah,” I quietly said back.
“He’s a jerk,” Perrie said, the other girls quickly nodded their heads in agreement.
“Cara’s an idiot too,” Danielle said.
“Yeah she’s always on everybody’s case,” Eleanor bumped in.
“You guys it’s fine leave it, please,” I begged. These three girls were gonna corrupt my best friend with their evil. Plus the girls always got into trouble for some pranks and I didn’t want anyone getting hurt or else I could get fired.
“No! You know we have to find a way to get him back for what he did,” Dani hissed.
“Yes, but –“
“No buts,” The girls said in sync.
“I just don’t want to get fired Rose and I’s mission is to protect all the boys your mission is to protect you boyfriends.”
“Taylor’s stupid too why not just hire the guys and train them to protect themselves,” El said.
“But she probably didn’t want another Michael Jackson incident,” I said cringing.
“Yeah that was terrible,” Rose said.
“But there are five of them not one,” Perrie said.
“Let’s just not bad talk the boss,” I had an eerie feeling that someone was going to get hurt.
The girls had been acting weird all day so I went and was about to knock on Harry’s door to warn him only to hear, “Yes, I do love you Cara but we can’t be together,” pause, “No it’s not Kiran our work schedules are just too different,” pause, “No, I don’t like her,” pause, “I can’t just keep it a secret,” pause, “You know what I gotta go Cara.” Right at that moment Harry opened the door and looked at me annoyed.
“I just want to tell you something then I’ll leave you alone so, you won’t have to see me,” he looked at me shocked and then I walked into his room and motioned for him to follow. “I just wanted to tell you to be careful because the girls are pretty pissed at you and you can’t get hurt.”
Harry just smirked at me, “And why can’t I get hurt?”
“Your fans,” I replied my brain working at lightning speed.
“Okay, thanks I’ll remember but I doubt they can hurt me.” I was about to leave but then he grabbed onto my hand, “Sorry,” and then he let go and walked out the room. I soon left the room my hand still tingling from where Harry had touched it. I was about to go the kitchen for a snack but then saw the boys excluding Harry were playing Mario Kart and I practically ran there.
“Pass me a controller,” I demanded sitting on the couch. Zayn reached over and passed me the pink one, my sisters, “No, the red one,” Zayn huffed but reached over and got the red one anyways. I waited for them to finish their round and then they put me in too. When we started I was in last but I’ve gotten used to it.
“It’s okay love,” Liam said seeing I was in last while Louis just snickered. By the end Harry had joined in and I had came in first every time.
“How did you get so good at Mario Kart,” Niall sweetly smiled at me.
“It’s a gift.”
“That’s a nice picture of you,” he said looking at the wall.
“Oh, that’s not me.”
“Who is it?” by now all the guys were listening and the girls just joined in.
“It’s a friend,” Rose butted in giving me a small weak smile, and all Perrie, El and Dani looked at me confused.
“She looks a lot like you,” Nialler said in awe.
“We were dead ringers.”
“What do you mean were?”
“I don’t know where she is anymore she just… left.”
“Oh, sorry.”
“MARIO TIME!” Louis yelled breaking the tension.
“Oh hush and play Mario Kart all you want while we go out and have a girls day in… Kiran bedroom,” El said pecking him on the lips and heading upstairs. When we were all in my room and sitting in a circle on the bed El motioned for me to begin.
“It was a Saturday night and we had gone to the mall for a girls night out. We had gone in her car so she was driving while I was in shot gun.
“I GOT A FEELING! OH! OH!,” I singing at the top of my lungs while Eve just shaked her head while driving. “EVE WATCH OUT!” I yelled and grabbed the steering wheel turning the car so it would hit my side and not hers but it still damaged her.” I trailed off sobbing quietly.
“You don’t have to continue,” Dani said.
“No, I want you to know… the car came and hit my side but then one hit the front. I almost died and… she… she did.”
“All the girls were shocked except Rose but she already knew, “Show it,” she whispered to me and I silently nodded and lifted my shirt exposing the scar that was faded but ran up my hip to my right breast. Right at that moment Harry opened the door.
Harry’s POV
I opened the door and smirked when I saw Kiran’s shirt lifted up and was hoping to see something but then I saw something but not what I was hoping to see. There was a large scar etched on her side. “Sorry I just wanted to say that lunch’s ready,” I quickly walked out the room and into the kitchen. How did she get that scar? Her incredibly rich parents won’t let anything happen. There was just something off about her and I was going to find out what it was.
“Really!?” The girls all yelled.
“Yeah,” I quietly said back.
