Hannah's POV

I am so happy. When I get out of the hospital the next day, the house looks empty.

"Louis, where is everyone?" I frown. he looks over and shrugs, looking like he's trying not to tell me something

We get out of the car and Louis helps me walk up the driveway since I'm still the tiniest bit weak.

Louis unlocks the door to reveal a dark room, and I can't see anything.

"Come On HANNAH," he says, shouting Hannah.

"I'm right here Lou, no need to shout," I say, chuckling. I step in the house and the lights turn on.

"Surprise!" I'm confused. Is it a holiday or....

"Happy birthday Hannah," the rest of the boys say, coming and giving me a huge group hug. But there are more people at the party.

"I didn't even remember it was my birthday. Wow, 19 years old. I'm old!!" I say, fake crying. They all laugh.

"Come on, it's time for presents!!" Liam says, grabbing my hand and dragging me to a comfy chair.

"Happy Birthday, Hannah," Liam says as he hands me a small box with HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU! wrapping paper on it. I laugh at the wrapping paper and rip it off, carefully taking off the bow.

"Oh, it's beautiful! I love it, Liam! Thank you!" I say, giving Gina huge hug. He beams when I pull away. He takes the necklace and wraps it around my neck, securing it in the back.

"And for you, from me And Louis," Eleanor says, holding a long box in Front of me. I eye Lou and El, knowing with their minds, it could be anything.

"Should I get a helmet before opening it," I say, making the crowd laugh. I shrug and open it, revealing a beautiful guitar case and guitar in it.

"How'd you know?"

"Well, I remembered you loved your guitar when we were little, so I figured you still played," Louis says. El blows me a kiss. I thank them and Zayn and Perrie give me their gift.

"I have absolutely no idea what you could have gotten me. I don't even know what I would have gotten me, to be honest."

I open the first little package and its a charm bracelet. It matches Perrie's. then I open the next one and see a 'on the go' sketch pad and some pencils, oil pastels, and an eraser that says 'FOR BIG MISTAKES.'

"Oh, very funny. Thank you, guys," I say.

Niall is next.

"I wouldn't be surprised if I had to refrigerate this, Niall," I say to him. He looks at me and snatches it back.

"Well then I'll just take it back, then." He says, cracking the crowd up. He gives it back, and then I open it.

My eyes widen at the sight.

"NUTELLA! AND M AND MS! AND SKITTLES! NIALL YOUR THE BEST!" I say, throwing my hands around him.

"I knew you'd love it. But you have to share, got it?"

"We'll see," I said winking.

Harry is the last one. He looks at the boys and they nod.

"This is more from US then me. But here you go," he says, handing me the delicately wrapped box.

"Gemma wrapped it, not me," he says, a little too quickly.

I open it and see there is a note. I read the note...

"You guys didn't."

"we did."

"IM COMING ON TOUR WITH YOU!!!"

"Kendwal!" I hear a baby's voice say. I turn around and see a little blonde cutie.

"Are you the famous Lux I've been hearing about?" I ask her when I pick her up, resting her on my knees.

"Wes.me Wux and I am Thee years owld." I laugh at her language.

"Beautiful child, isn't she?" A voice says from behind me. Liam comes out of nowhere and starts to play with Lux, who is taking from me.

"Yes. But her language skills could use some improvement."

Liam laughs. He puts Lux down and tells me to follow him.

"What?" I ask when he close the door to his room.

"Happy birthday," he says before kissing me.
