I was in my last year of college. The shadow children still followed me. I was their toy... The thing they beat up.

Typical you, drake, I say as I drive to the bar. Once I get there, I can see the shadow(not so) children make their ways to their victim.

"Go get us some drinks," one of them say. I think it's Gail. I nod and walk to the bartender area.

"hey baby, what can I get ya?" The man says. I feel the shadows tense.

"Just 20 shots. Thanks," i say slaming the money down in the table. He nods and gets the shots. I take the alcohol on a player and bring it to the possesed people, who I used to call my friends.

I had... Well last see... 1,2,3,4.... I've lost count on how many shots I've had. Earnest's body takes me to the dance floor. The music is a song by.... Oh I don't know. Hey, I'm drunk, sue me!
Earnest slowly grinds on me as we sway in the music. The guys hands make their way down to my hips as he leads me away from the shadows. They don't notice, even if they're shadows they do get drunk.
We go into the alley way.

"you have no idea how long I've wanted to do this," he whispers in my ear. I sober up at his words and try to push him off me. He uses his 'shadow strength' as they call it and I get chucked into the hard brick wall. Earnest makes his way to me. I see a pool of blood starting to form and the vase of my body. I groan out in pain. Earnest laughs and kicks me. I look down at the entrance of the alley way and see a large figure nearing towards earnest.

"hey! Leave her alone!"
