Homecoming

Harry's P.O.V
i can't wipe the smile from my face the entire drive to Riley's. When we finally kissed it felt amazing, her soft lips tasted like strawberries. The feeling of her mouth on mine sent shock waves through my body. I'm glad I finally grew the balls to do that, it couldn't have been any more perfect. I take a quick glimpse at her in the passenger seat and she is still smiling as well as she plays with my hand in hers. This feels so perfect, I need to make sure I don't mess this up because if I do then I'll definitely lose her and I don't think I can handle that.

We pull up to her house and I walk her to her door. We stand on her porch holding hands and staring intently into each other's eyes. Her gorgeous icy blue eyes are full of happiness and it makes butterflies erupt in my stomach. I lean my forehead against hers, closing the las bit of space we had between us.

"I had an amazing night Harry." She whispers.

I smile and kiss her, a slow sweet kiss. "Best night I've had in a very long time." I whisper against her lips. She smiles into the kiss and reaches up to put her hands in my curls and pulls me closer, deepening the kiss. The kiss intensifies sending another wave of butterflies erupting in my stomach. She bites on my lip and a low moan escapes me. We pull apart suddenly when we hear someone clear their throat.

We both turn and see Riley's dad standing in the doorway. Crap. "Did you two have nice night?" Tim asks, he seems like he's holding back a smile but I'm still completely embarrassed that he just caught me and Riley.

"Uh, yes sir." I say nervously. Riley squeezes my hand and says a quick goodnight before walking past her dad.

Once Riley is out of earshot Tim speaks again. "Thank you Harry." He says and the confusion on my face makes him chuckle. "I haven't seen my daughter as happy as she's been in a very long time. It's taken me a while to realize that you are the reason, so thank you." He explains.

I can feel my face heat up a little and I reach up and put my hand on my neck. His words continue to bounce around in my head and they send a weird feeling throughout my body. "Sir, you have no idea how she makes me feel. Ever since she came back there isn't a moment where I don't think about her." I admit.

A smile appears on his face "I am sure that is completely true." He says putting a hand on my shoulder. His face becomes serious just then and my stomach drops "Harry, my daughter is very troubled. I know you know her past now but that doesn't make me worry any less. Harry... If you hurt my daughter, i will make sure you never see her again. Clear?" He warns me. My eyes widen and I freeze. I nod slowly so he doesn't get any angrier. "Good." He says softening a bit. "Well have a goodnight Harry. Tell your mum and Robin I say hello." He says letting me go and walking inside.

Well that was scary.

I walk into my house and walk up to my room, plopping myself on my bed. I hear a knock at my door and sit up to see my mum standing in the doorway with a smile on her face.

"Soooo, how did it go?" She asks walking over to sit next to me still smiling widely.

I chuckle and lay back down. "It was amazing." I tell her remembering all that went on tonight. "She loved the restaurant, we talked and laughed the entire dinner. And then..." I smile widely and look at my mother who is still smiling.

"I'm so happy for you love." She says ruffling my hair. I chuckle. "I know you really wanted tonight to go well." I nod. I was a nervous wreck she I came home from Louis'. Mum spent like ten minutes trying to get me to relax.

I sit up and run my hand through my hair. "Her dad caught us kissing on her porch" I tell her shaking my head and chuckling. She laughs and I just shake my head. "Glad you find that funny." I say.

She gets up and kisses my head. "You'll be just fine darling. Love you." She says walking away.

"Night mum." I yell out to her. I start to undress for bed when I hear my phone vibrating. I throw my clothes in the dirty clothes bin, grab my phone and flop on the bed once again.

Ri <3: Just wanted to tell you I really had an amazing night tonight, you're the best <3

I smile like a mushy idiot at the words on my phone. What is this girl doing to me? I shake my head and chuckle at myself.

to Ri <3: Anything for you. Pick you up for school tomorrow?

Ri <3: Can't wait =]. Night curly.

I laugh at her response, thats her most recent nickname for me. To Ri <3: good night beautiful.

I can definitely go to sleep happy tonight.
