C'mon C'mon
It's too late
Sophie's POV
I was struggling to breath and couldn't stop coughing from all the smoke. I climbed over to the window, opened the window and poked my head out. I saw all of the guys standing on the lawn...apart from Harry.
''Sophie!'' Louis screamed and caused all the others to turn in my direction.
''Don't worry! Harry's coming for you!''
''He won't be able to make it into the room.''
I tried to control my coughing.
''I'm surrounded by flames!''
I took another look at the flames that were creeping up on me.
I heard shouting coming from the stairway and I moved away from the window and managed to avoid the flames and get pretty close to the door.
''Sophie!'' He was at the top of the stairs, coughing probably even more than me. I mentally thanked myself for leaving the door open, it meant I could see his face.
I began to cry again. My face had blotches of black soot on it and I was 100 degrees. I took a look at the fire in front of me. I was blocked.
''Ha--Harry I'm surrounded.''
''It's okay, don't worry.''
By now the flames infront of me had grown taller and I could now only see Harry from his waist upwards.
''No Harry.''
He looked at me with pain in his eyes.
''This is it.''
''No Sophie!''
''Please just go Harry, there's nothing you can do.'' I had to scream for him to hear me over things burning and shattering.
''I'm not leaving without you.''
''But Harry if you don't go now, it will be too late.''
''Bu--''
''Goodbye Harry. I love you.''
Before he could reply, three fireman made their way up the stairs armed with fire extinguishers.
''Ok ma'am don't move an inch, the building could collapse at any moment.''
''Oh thanks I feel a lot better now.'' I was about to be burnt alive but I was still the queen of sarcasm.
Harry stood there helpless as the men attempted to make a path for me to get out.
Suddenly a floorboard gave way on one side of me. He was right. This building was going to collapse.
