~Ashlee's POV~
***** Flashback, 1 Week ago*****

"Okay, you guy's ready?" Harry's mom said coming in from the kitchen, we flew to the UK, it's been 3 months since Liam and I have been together, and I couldn't be anymore happier, I loved him. I get to spend a few more weeks with him then he is heading off to tour again, which really sucks, but that means I can head back to the Cafe and visit for awhile, since I dropped out of college, I am free. Kalel is excited to go back home, I have been dragging her long with me, and she is happy because Justin Bieber knows about her, but she can't wait to go home with Anthony for New Years Eve. The boy's wanted to go to New York for New Years. I came into the living room, Harry was sitting up against the couch, with Taylor in between his legs, Louis was sitting on a chair and Eleanor was in his lap, Zayn was sitting on the couch and he had his arm around Pierre, Liam was sitting on the couch across from Harry and Taylor, and he was by Zayn. Kalel was on the floor criss-cross-applesauce with Louise daughter in her lap, everybody was crowded around the Christmas tree. I was comfy in my pajamas,(http://www.polyvore.com/cgi/set?id=106743387), I went to the couch and sat on Liam's lap, he smiled at me and I smiled back, " Okay, first present goes to Lux." Harry's mom picked up the present and gave it to Kalel, who set it in front of her a Lux, while unwrapping, Liam kept whispering in my ear and kept tickling my side, I kept smiling and he kissed my nose, and moved a loose strand of hair that came out of my hair and smiled. " Ooo, look a doll." Kalel said. " Alright next one, is Ashlee's."

~Harry's POV~

I had Taylor's hand in mind and I softly was rubbing it while I watched Kalel open baby Lux's present, I heard Ashlee laugh and I looked over, she was smiling and so was Liam, I saw his hand move down her waist, and he poked her side, she kept laughing while on his lap, she was so beautiful and gorgeous. Even though I was with Taylor who made me happy, I liked Ashlee a lot too, but to Ashlee all we are friends. I broke my stare at them when my mom said the next present is to Ashlee, she handed Ashlee the present and Ashlee looked at it, she looked up and smiled at me, " From Harry." I smiled and she did too, I loved her smile. She open the box, and her eyes went wide, she smiled and lifted the necklace out of the box( http://www.polyvore.com/cgi/set?id=106744786) " Oh my gosh Harry, it's beautiful, babe can you put this on me?"She turned to Liam and he nodded." this is beautiful Harry, nice job lad", Liam said. Ashlee smiled at me and was happy, I felt like I was awesome and amazing, it was her best gift ever, I thought. " Okay now my turn, here babe." Liam grabbed a small box and handed to Ashlee, she looked him in confusion, she unwrapped it and open the lid, she put her hand over her mouth " Babe.." She pulled the ring out (http://www.polyvore.com/promise_to_you/set?id=106745596), Taylor who was sitting in between my legs squeezed my hand and smiled, my heart dropped, no I thought please, don't be. " It's a promise ring babe." Liam said putting the ring on Ashlee's finger, she looked at Liam and hugged him tightly and then kissed him on the lips, I thought my gift was going to be way better, but Liam took that place I wanted to have. After the presents were all done to open, everybody was just talking, eating, playing the WII, I went outside into the back yard on the the balcony. I was thankful my moved lived up on a hill I could see a perfect view of the small city, it was dark and windy and cold. I placed my arms on the railing and just looked out. I heard the door open behind me and closed, I turned to look and it was Ashlee, she was wearing Liam's jacket, of course I thought, getting me a little upset. I need to stop, I said to myself in my head, she is with Liam and I am with Taylor, she wants to be friends so just let it go Harry, I said to myself in my head again." You forgot to open on last gift Harry." She held out a smallish box in her tiny hands, I looked at her and smiled she was wearing her Pajamas still but she had her hair down, and it was her natural wavy hair which was beautiful, I open the box and now my eyes widen in surprise.(http://www.polyvore.com/cgi/set?id=106747038), she grabbed it and tied it around my wrist, " Now everyone know's who your best friend is." She smiled at me, I wish she knew how I feel about her, wait to be honest I wish I knew I feel about her.

*****Flashback Ended***** ~Ashlee's POV~

I was snuggled up to Liam in the crowd, it was really cold in New York, Liam was so warm and he held me tight, while he talked.(http://www.polyvore.com/cgi/set?id=106749670) I looked up at the screen and saw the time go to one minute, Liam also saw and he smiled, the boys and Pierre, Eleanor, Kalel and I headed to the center, we waited until security moved everyone out of the way, we stood in the middle with Harry and Taylor,Zayn and Pierre, and Louis and Eleanor. Everyone around screamed the the boy's name and Taylor's as well with Harry. Everybody started to count down from 10 at the same time " 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1" Then there was music, Liam slipped his arm between my waist and pulled me in, his lips met mine and I basically melted, all the fans were saying "Awww" not to just Liam and I but to Louis and Eleanor, Harry and Taylor, and Zayn and Pierre. After the long passionate kiss, Liam tightly wrapped his arms around me,and put his face into my neck, I felt him smile on my neck, " I love you." he whispered in my ear, I pulled back and smiled " I love you too." I pulled him to kiss him again. While I was hugging Liam and smiling, I saw Harry who was hugging Taylor, look at me and then turned and looked at the ground.

~Harry's POV~
Holding Taylor to keep her warm was like I was protecting her from all the bad things that could possible hurt her, everyone who was around was screaming "Harry, Taylor, Pierre, Zayn,Louis, Eleanor, Liam, Ashlee." I pulled Taylor closer to me, and kissed her forehead, I looked over to see Ashlee and Liam, she was laughing with Pierre and Zayn and Liam, Liam held her closely to him, just like I did to Taylor, I smiled once I saw Ashlee playing with the necklace I gave her, I was happy she wore my necklace, she has only wore her ring once, and no one has seen it yet. I wear my bracelet every single day , no one has seen it, I mean I not hiding it, it just that I have been wearing my coat here in New York because it is cold. When it turned one minute we all walked to the center and counted down with the timer, when it timer landed on zero, I wrapped my arms around Taylor's waist and kissed her for awhile, enjoying the kiss. Taylor hugged me and whispered " I love you." I smiled at her " I love you too." I pulled her closely for another hug and when I did, i saw Ashlee smile and hug Liam, she saw me look at her, I looked away fast and stared at the ground, Ashlee made my heart race just like Taylor's. I keep getting annoyed that I am surrounding myself with thoughts of how Ashlee is perfect, I mean Taylor is perfect and a singer, I need to stop. I said I need to stop thinking of Ashlee about a million times already.
