Mandie's POV

In MATH class
Math is really hard , even with my cousin teaching it. Yes, my cousin is my math teacher. I couldn't focus . I was failing this subject for the first time. I've never gotten an F until now . As the class ended , and I started to leave, my cousin or teacher Marie called me over.

" I know your distracted , Mandie , but I need to know why." she spoke

" I don't know why Mar ." I sighed honestly
" Are you sure it isn't your boyfriend Marcel?" she said playfully with a smirk.

" Were just friends Mar !" I blushed "
" Oooooooo!!!" she teased

I playfully rolled eyes and left. I went to meet Marcel. I saw him at my locker , which is right next to his, and waved. His face lit up when he saw me . Aw he's adorable , wait what did I just say??

" What happened in math?? Did your cousin tease you again about 'us' ?" he said flashing his dimples.

" Yuppity-do-da" I said smiling goofily , causing him to chuckle.

"Lets go to lunch , shall we?" I stated , copying his nerdy high-pitched accent.

He grabbed my hand and we walked off to lunch.
